You’re too kind my friend!! 154cm is a great steel!! Glad you’re happy with your new knife!

Got mine the other day and agree on the positioning of the thumb stud. Alternatively I think if they scalloped out a little bit of the scales next to the thumb stud, that would help too.

Yeah, that would have worked too. Maybe there's a v2 with it on there 🤣

Just got this knife , i love it . The blade shape , quality construction, materials. Can’t fault it for the price , uk legal to boot . If they can get a better steel on it , slightly improve thumb handle , maybe make it a shade lighter , it would become the best ever for me

Hey buddy. yeah agree. Even with it's issues it's still a nice UK friendly knife.. like a solid 7/10. Sorting the thumb stud out would immediately bump it up to an 8/10. Thanks for watching

Pocket clip is perfect for me looks sharp without all the alternative holes . Agree on the thumb stud issue but apart from that really pleased with mine. Great knife for 50 quid 👍🏻

Mine came yesterday, nice knife apart from the thumb stud being useless

Yeah, if it was a few mil lower it would have been perfect

Hi I got the knife last week and I was waiting throughout the video for you to open the blade with one hand using the stud, to see the action and your comments about it! Mine is extremely difficult to open with one hand using the stud and to be honest I'm really disappointed with it!

Looks like we're all having similar issues from the comments here. If the went a few mil lower it would have been perfect... Or gone old school with a nail Nic

I just got this knife. I feel like it's almost perfect, definitely way better than the Heinnie CRKT Pilar. BUT the thumbstuds on this are awful and I find it basically impossible to open. Definitely a two-handed open, and even then it's still tricky. Kind of ruins it...

Couldn't agree more. I feel the thumb stud was added last minute as a "Oh John, what if we added a thumb stud" after thought. It's pretty much useless and a decent nail nick would have been much better. Knife and scales 9/10. Thumb stud 1/10 :D

Nice looking knife. By viewing it on my "smartypants" phone, it almost appears to be a scandi grind, but again, the image is about an inch or two long. What can I say? We're pretty low tech here in the woods of East Texas.😝
Waffle? Yup, first time I heard you say that, I thought of breakfast meal we're so fond of in the US. We're so into waffles, that there's a chain of restaurants called Waffle House. A favorite place to have such a meal. And after 2am, a gathering place for all the drunks to mass after the bars (pubs) close.
In Texas, we call that "ramblin' ". Where one just drifts off topic for a while. 😏

Now you say it Wade, I can see what you mean. Definitely has a scandic grind to it.
We have waffles too. Belgian waffles with ice-cream is one of my wife's favourite desserts. The old waffle word means to talk or write a lot about something but never to ever get to a point 🤣 I speak three languages fluently 1. English, 2. Bollocks, 3. Waffle 🤣

Maybe this could be called a scandi grind? I first thought this is sort of a dream knife for me, and then I see lefthanders were forgotten, which disappointed me.

I can open it easily with the thumb stud, I must be doing something wrong….
