Table #8, better table this time as i had time to reserve, not like last year, which i thought was a once in a lifetime trip to San Antonio, geesh look at how big Kyuquot is at 9,300 lbs, impressive. im going to have to postpone my live broadcast to tomorrow, 12:30pm as ive said i will have a trial and error session to try to broadcast live... thats trainer Malin serving as the host, shes very nice, as well as Lisa, new trainer Luke was there as well as old time trainers Amy and Shawn

      I dont want to just imagine it, i want it to be a reality, you obviously dont know me, ive been saying how much i would have wanted Unna (before she passed), and ikaika back in Orlando as both their parents are still alive, and are together in Orlando, someone had a petition to rearrange the orcas SeaWorld has, and i didnt like it as the families were separated, i always wondered why they didnt have Malia and Makaio with Tilikum as those are his kids, and now im so happy, hes even performing with his daughter, and before his grandson Trua, at least they posted pictures of Katina and Makaio with Tilikum, but i would have liked it better had they posted videos, im not sure how Katina is with Tilikum, but i guess theyre afraid that she will just be mean to him and rake him...who knows...

    Even though there is not a huge difference in their weight, Ulises seems much bulkier than Ky. Some sources list them as the same length and others are listing Ky as about a foot longer than Uli.

      @Tilikum16  8 лет назад +2

      lol yea i wish i could see them side by side, wow interesting to know the Kyuquot is longer than Ulises, hmmm wondering what size difference between the other brothers, Keto and Keet. i believe Keto is bigger. i just on wikia, that Keet was 7,700 (2015) and Keto who was last weighed 2013 was 7,495... should be more by now...

      No, the fins collapse because they spend more time out of the water than wild whales. The fins aren't made from bone but cartilage, so it's just gravity dong it's thing. Wild whales spend most of their time underwater, where the pressure from the water keeps the fin in an upright position.

    I don't know if it was Ky or Takara, but back in 2001 during a family vacation, I remember during one of the shows that one of the orcas proved to be a huge showoff, and my question is which of the two usually shows off during performances? I would assume it's Ky, since he's as spunky as his dad was, but Takara's the boss, so I wouldn't count her out either.

      @@Tilikum16 I just visited Lollita the oldest killer whale in captivity today. She’s also in the smallest pool in the world. Despite living in such poor conditions in Miami Seaquarium being such a dump, she looked really healthy and her dorsal fin is straight up. She lives with two other dolphins, she’s 54 years old and has been with them for 40 years and they do most of the work she does like four tricks and then she speaks, then the show is over. Without her Miami Seaquarium would be shut down. I really really wish one day they could put her in her seapin , Miami Seaquarium is on the beach when you’re looking at all of the marine animals you’re looking right at the water. These are Tillys sons As you mentioned, are they in San Diego? Are they allowed to perform or are they violent like the father

      That’s true about Lolita(57), it’s sad that’s she’s in an illegal tank but like corky she seems healthy, Corky might be around 56, but who knows, the two boys of tilikum, ky and Tuar are both in San Antonio, Tuar is a favorite amongst the trainers there, no, I doubt if they pass along their traits and attitude, another set of tilikums kids are nakai and ikaika from San Diego and both are trainers favorites even fan favorites, from Orlando, we have makaio who is tilikums other son and another fan and trainer favorite is trua, who is also from Orlando and hes tilikums grand son, again calm as can be so no idea where this is all coming from or just to give tilikum a bad name.

    Zoos, aquariums, and circuses are great places for the public to contact nature and teach us the importance of protecting the earth. Lots of animal rights activists failed to recognize that good institutions did lots of great things for animals, such as providing medical care, enough food, and breeding program. Lots of self claimed animal rights people only demonize those organizations, and I think it is very unfair for people working there. Lots of people working there has devoted themselves, and they do love their animals. Wild animals will die if they are sick, because no one will provide them medical care. And in lean times, lots of animals will die from dehydration and starvation. Animal rights activists failed to recognize nature is not a place free of violence. The killing in the wild is extremely excruciating for the prey. And if you had learned animal behavior, you will know some animals will kill to eliminate competition or out of hatred for other species. Elephants and African Buffaloes will kill lion cubs, because they hate them. Male lions and male tigers will kill Cubs they don't know in order to mate with females sooner. Most animals are definitely not free in the wild. They have territories, and they are confined to that place because their neighbors will fight with them if they move out. Lots of the fights are very violent and even bloody, such as the fight between large predators.
    Most animal rights activist portray the wild as a peaceful paradise. That is the biggest lie on earth. The jungle law will not sympathies animals in trouble. The weaker one will be bullied or even killed in the fight for survival. And nature is not free of human influence at all. Most wild places are constantly under the threat of human activities. Lots of endangered species were ruthlessly killed by poachers. Wild animals are constantly killed by local villagers in developing countries. Not only due to poaching, but also because of conflicts with human. Herbivores such as elephants were killed because they eat and stampede crops, while predators were killed because they kill livestocks and even humans. Living in the wild is not happy or safe at all. And it is very hard to survive under those threats.
    The theory of animal rights groups are not based on science. They are not true conservationists at all. They only exaggerate the darker side, but they failed to realize wild place is no better than the places they demonize. The true conservationists will stress the importance of protecting nature, habitat, and saving the endangered species. The efforts of animal rights activists are not on those important things to save nature. Lots of zoos and circuses actually have bred lots of endangered species, such as Asian elephants, tigers, pandas, etc. Scientifically speaking, those organizations are helping the future of animals. The animal rights activists can achieve none of that. They keep talking but they did nothing to save nature. It is a great pity that animal rights activists are demonizing institutions that not only truly help animals, and conducting research that deepening our understanding of animals and nature. Those institutions has not only entertained the public, but educated us getting more knowledge of nature and remind us the importance to value so many important things. Wake up, don't believe in fake science or illogical allegations.

    • @southlime5477
      @southlime5477 7 лет назад +4

      young truth you are kidding yourself if you think these institutions are helping these animals why make money off them if they are helping them and why lie to people and say their fin folds over with age or because it doesn't stop growing why are they not like that in the wild it's a prison sentence for these poor animals who never did anything but be born and you can live with that and defend these people and organisations shame BOYCOTE SEAWORLD

    • @kawaiiyanderlee9616
      @kawaiiyanderlee9616 6 лет назад +1

      Um, no.
      It's called gravity. These things have no muscles or anything to keep them up, and the males' are floppier than females' which is why it's more common on them. Literally all you have to do is look up videos of beached orcas, as sad as it is: you'll see their fins bend to the side, because they're heavy and floppy. Logic, really. Also, there's literally no way that's sign of an unhealthy whale, because almost every male orca at SW has a collapsed dorsal and they are all healthy and thriving. Get your facts right, people.

    I'm saving up money so I can go to sea world and dine with them and also see them. I feel such a close connection with them (sorry for sounding tumblr) and I hope to see them again with my best friends

      You people make it seem like it’s a fish bowl. There are places were they keep animals locked up with NO ROOM at all and don’t feed they so they are all skin and bones. Those places are FAAAAAAAARRRRR WORSE than seaworld.

      Do you have any proof of abuse towards the animals? I went there and the seem fine, and plus they cannot set them free, they wouldn’t survive in the ocean because they don’t have the skills for survival.

      The fact that they come from the sea doesn't mean that this is better.

      ***** Of course they normally live in the sea. I don't see what other origins could they have.

      You assume that they cannot socialize when they are with multiple other individuals? And before you say that they do tricks why don't you take a look at a video of a show?

      +Ronald Samson What human companions? SeaWorld has at least five whales together in the same facility. Good job trying to dodge this fact. You and your beloved "expert" activists love dodging.
