Kyara looks like she would of been very active and independent, like Makani and Amaya are.
    R.I.P Princess.

Sara Van Wyk Different whales like different kinds of stimulation. Takara specifically enjoys being pulled by her flukes. I think her mother Kasatka may have enjoyed the same thing as well.

It is used in every animal training!! This is nothing special, I am training horses and we stopped with it because for the animal it means:", if I don't do what you want, I don't get food or treats (with horses).

Threres no point in rewarding the "bad" behavior - It's like when a child gets upset over something small - you put them in time out for something. And you reward them when they do something good... Whats the difference???

@@LovelyLilDevilWings Only these "children" are min as smart as human's. Inform yourself and look at their brain scan+ they are like this since 5 Mill year's, they have their own social structure (society), their language, their family dialect's and the suentist:'s just started with analysing their brain. We humans have been Neanderthalers when dolphin's and whales lived like they live now. WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THAT YIU THINK YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO PUNISH THEM BECAUSE OF "BAD BEHAVIOR". THAT US NOT THEIR WORLD GENIUS!!
They found drawings in caves from the homo sapien's showing how dolphin's helped them fishing and you think you are above them??🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️As soon as you are near the tank or in the water they can do what they want to you.
AND YOU ARE SERIOUSLY ASKING THIS?? WHY DO YIU THINK TRAINER GOT KILLED AND ATTACKED?? Jesus Christ this ignorance is so hard to swallow. Like Einstein said:" he dies only know 2 things that have no end, the universe and the stupidity of the human race and he is not even sure when it comes to the universe"!!!

I always wondered why they used Tillikum only as a breeding whale I find Ky to be Tilli’s best biggest and most beautiful calf I’m shocked kyara was his first born after almost 25 years. I wonder what kyara would look like now probably so beautiful

It was not easy for SW to get the sperm from the bull's!! Only Tilikum was able to give sperm for artificial insemination!!!

@@horse-lover68 I did see the video of them taking semen samples.
It seems like it can be taught to any whale
For example Seaworld wanted to use Kshamenk in Argentina- Seaworlds trainers flew there collected the semen came back to the US and now we have Kamea & Makani

@@lbabytutorials4852 It can be tought but not to every whale. They have to guess what the trainer's want!! I know for a fact that the first one was Tilikum. That is why he is the father of so many calves!! And every breeder of animals know"s you NEVER take an animal for breeding who attacked human's- or is in anyway agressive.
Maybe other orca bull's learned how do do it but I don't think all of them!! SW had a huge inbreeding and crossbreeding problem!!

@@horse-lover68 the only inbred orca is Nalani I believe and loro parque Adan is inbred by 5%
It blew my mind they used a killer whale that had agressive problems with humans to breed to all there female killer whales. Since tillikum was so big (bigger more people come in to the park) they were hoping to get that 12,500 lb frame on most his male offspring. Keet is a father he’s not related to tillikum he’s over 30 he should have been used more and he’s sweet & gentle.

@@lbabytutorials4852 I don't know exactly how many orca's have been inbred. Many have died so young and they started with the females at age 8 year's and wondered why they died. I don't know every animal in SW, you seam to know more about them than I do. I only know that they did not care about the orca's. As soon as they had their sperm bank they wanted one calv after another.
And with crossbreeding I mean they bred Southern/Northern residents with Transients and so on.
They could have such a good business opportunity: in a seabay with human care, the same staff they could show the public how these animals are in their natural habitat, driving in the seabay with boat's instead of doing stupid trick's. The orca's would live longer, would be happier and would have the same care. But NO they had to open the same old BS I Japan, China, Russia and so on. You can see on YT the Chinese or Japanese channel: so tiny tanks and young girl's who do not know the danger. No shade, nothing. That's how they will get a "new Tilikum"- these are all young orca's captured and ripped from their familie's. It is a tragedy waiting to happen+ in the meantime the bred orca's are bored out of their mind's!!
How can a business exist when they only have one business plan which did not work?? It it dies not work in the Western World it will not work in other places either. I don't get their stubbornness!!!
