Thank you my pressure was high when A/C was on I didn't realize that it had 4 fuses. People keep driving those trucks while they are overheating then it blows up the engine.
I have a 2015 Ford Transit 250, the Heat and Ac blows great, but it only blows straight ahead, even on defrost only, it still just blows straight ahead
Great video, I have one question. The main JK fuse (20 amp) in the engine compartment for the radiator cooling fans isn’t getting power. The other 2 which are left and right is getting power but fans don’t engage. Do you have any suggestions ?
Have you seen the rear fan only will work if the temp control is on the heat side and the front fan works when outside temp. Is cool. FYI I changed the fan resistor behind the glove box.. thanks
Hi im just just wondering does the air recirculation has individual fuse and relay as my air recirculation light switch is functioning on/off but apparently there is no longer can hear hear the difference when the flap is working so would you be able to point out the right path to get it working again please. Best regards
Great video!! Thanks a lot. So my work case is the cooling fan shaft motor got decapitated rendering the fan assembly worthless. I replaced the assembly but after that there's no power to fuse f08. Can you help look at your diagram and tell me what feeds that fuse. I realized swapping relays is pointless if I don't hava power on the fuse. Thanks
Hello. Thanks for the video. I want to remove the rear AC heater unit on my 2015 Ford Transit 350 HD XLT. How can I disconnect the 2 pipe lines under the van going into the unit on back but still be able to use the front AC? Thank you! DIY van conversion
Hey I have a question my 2016 transit blows out of every position on each setting meaning when I have it on the dash it blows out of the windshield and foot setting. Do you have any ideas what that could be?
My AC light will not turn off nor will the circulation light turn off. I turn the temp knob off of Max AC to heat and AC light stay on without any heat....Any ideas ? 2019 Ford Transit 250
If it is the front one your fan resistor is out. I have had to replace mine (2018 Transit 350HD) twice. The location is behind the glove box under the dash. ruclips.net/video/bbxFRzxmPbk/видео.html
I do have a question. My transit is 2017 diesel 3.2. Fuse box looks similar for me. Can you please explain fuel pump relays and fuses for this type of engine or fuse box please. Thanks!
I have a 2017 transit . My front air works fine but the back air just stopped working ( makes no noise at all), I don’t have money to hire anyone to fix it . Can u give advice on how I know what’s wrong or how to fix? Thankyou !
I'm think ive a faulty temperature sender and thermostat, the temp hand rises and the van goes limp, can i pull the temperature sender fuse to override the limp mode
Just got a 2016 transit 350 XLT. When at idle the AC works and blows some cool air but it does get colder once underway. I hooked a gauge on the low pressure and it’s in the red with engine running and everything on. Could this still be a fuse/relay?
Hi! I have a 2016 Transit that intermittently on start up I lose power to the heater blower motor and the wipers. Everything else seems to work. I can run the windshield washer, but the wipers won’t turn on in any speed. After running the van for a bit the power comes back to both the wipers and the blower motor at the same time. Any ideas?
Fuse 38 (5 amp fuse) in the interior fuse panel powers both the blower motor relay and the windshield wiper relays. There is a splice in the fuse box (s266) where the power from the amp fuse splits and goes to both relays. A bad connection at the splice or the fuse itself could cause the symptoms you have described. Good luck!
So have something strange happening. The first three settings to turn the air conditioner on does not work but the 4th does and it blows super cold. I'm going to check the fuses when I get home. But do you know anything about this? Thank you.
On the 4th highest setting power is directly sent to the motor. On the lower settings, the power is routed thru the resister to lower its voltage to let the motor move at a slower speed.
@@LehewTech so you think I can regulate the AC just running it on the fourth highest setting and adjusting the temperature as needed for a little while?
Nice vid 👍 I have a Transit wagon that rear ac doesn’t blow air , I can hear the blower working in the rear but not air coming out the vents , front ac blows fine ...any suggestions?
@@willahokava7068 My 2015 350 XLT quit blowing out of the roof vents even though you could hear the blower running. I had to pull off the 2 side panels in the rear of the van. I could then see the coil was covered with scum, dirt and debris. I had to remove two bolts and a dozen torx screws so i could remove the blower, seperate the houseing and get the gridded shroud off the the top of the coil. then carefully remove the layer of scum. I then sprayed, waited and wiped (3X) a foaming coil cleaner (from walmart hardware section). Then gently blow some compressed air through the back side. Put back together for a total of 90 minutes work and a trip to WalMart.

@@michaelsomero when you say coil, you mean the AC Evaporator? If so, i took of the housing and attempted to clean is good as I can with a toothbrush. Lol. Don’t judge me. It’s still the same. Same problem, I hear the blower, blowing and feel air coming up the side but nothing out the ceiling vents. The floor vents work but I can only adjust it to blow warm air. Could the evaporator be the cause of the no airflow through the ceiling vents? I thought the evaporator only makes the air cold? I appreciate your help…

When I put AC at 1,2,3 it wont work only if its on 4. What can be the problem, can you help?
That'll be the heater resistor, you can get them on eBay for about £6 and it's located behind the glovebox.
