Great video. I completely agree - ban a is fab! I’m also with you on the convenience. Using HUEL for weekday breakfasts means I don’t have to get up earlier than 0530 for my pre-work run. And using it for weekday lunches means more time to work in school, so less to do at home.
So glad you get it - that seems to be a sensible way to use it, rather than just replacing all chewing! Impressed at your commitment to running - are you teaching or learning in school...?
Just to say thank you for making the effort and creating all the huel videos. I have watched a few of them, and has given me the confidence to make an order today and give them a go. I am currently on 2 meals a day I use 2 servings of huel at 11am and an actual whole food dinner at 5pm I find I look forward to my huel in the morning and like you said it’s a great tool for monitoring your intake

I'm so glad you've found them helpful - I haven't tried it yet - I tried my own version of hot huel a while back, it was not super successful - I need to try theirs, and I'll let you know how I get on!

Sorry for the super slow reply, but essentially, the black editions would probably be better - same calorie content, but higher protein content - should do what you’re asking!
Their website is utterly useless at explaining the difference between any of their products. These are good reviews mate.

Very interesting! Thank you for another review on Huel! I've heard a lot about it and I'm really considering jumping into it but I'm still not sure if I should try the white ou black version. I find black more appealing because it has less carbs & more protein but I'm not a big sports person so I don't know if it justifies the slight price difference. :/
I was wondering if the referral code would work if I make my first order on the European store or if it is just for the UK?
I don't think the black is exclusively for sports people - I'm not sure I'd define myself as such - for me, it was slightly smoother, and the protein made me feel fuller longer, but I also know people who prefer the original texture more - I'd say maybe try them both and see which you prefer? I'm not sure it will work on the European site - might be worth trying it, but especially as the powers that be decidedon our behalf that we no longer want to be a part of Europe, that ship may have sailed...

I can’t decide weather to get the V 3.0 or the black edition. I want to use for meal replacement for brakefast and lunch and also want to help loose some weight you got any advise please buddy?

Great review, I’m shocked you don’t have more subscribers. Have you tried the chocolate or peanut butter flavors? I’m looking to get those and wondered how they tasted
Thanks Seth, that’s very kind of you! I think my lack of a “niche” is my main roadblock for subscribers... I’ve tried chocolate (original, not black, though I’ve got a bag in the cupboard) and liked it, though the stevia does come through slightly - interesting you mention the peanut butter - my favourite use for the chocolate one is a half and half mix of chocolate and coffee, with a spoonful of peanut butter in the blender - it’s rich, toasty goodness!
Not a fan of coffee but would love to try huel (darn autocorrect!), apart from that flavour are there any others you would recommend? Thanks in advance!
So i would say that the coffee caramel falvour is not super coffee-ish, it's more a suggestion of coffee, but the chocolate and the banana are also very good - I haven't tried the Huel Black banana version yet, but if the huel white version is anything to go by, it'll be good!

Just ordered the standard Huel, Coffee and Banana flavours after watching your review and updates. I’m probably in the minority in that I want to use it to help me gain weight, I’m quite skinny. I struggle to eat breakfast and am hoping one of these in the morning will help, combined with regular meals as normal.
It’ll work for that - let me know how you get on! It has to be healthier than one old bodybuilding trick someone told me - a dozen Krispy Kremes blended with a pint of single cream as a smoothie...🤣🤣😂
If you're looking to put on muscle then black would be better, much more protein.
@@LittleTipple 2 month update... It's working well for me so far, I've only been having one for breakfast and it has helped me stick to a surplus of calories a day. On flavours, although I love coffee I didn't like the flavour of the coffee Huel, it was a bit odd tasting, but I really liked the banana one. Any flavour recommendations based on that would be appreciated, I'm looking to try the Black Huel now it has a banana flavour.
@@rhyslenthall5471 I’m using the vanilla huel mixed with 400ml of water and 200 ml of milk with a tablespoon or 2 of coffee mixed in with it, it tastes great!

I haven’t yet - that’s next on the list - it can only be better than the hot huel I tried to make for myself...
@@LittleTipple I bought 3 bags of Hot & Savoury and had two portions of Thai Green Curry and two of the Tomato one. It’s strange and I regret buying so much of it thinking it must be as good as the shakes but I can’t stand it. Texture is overpowering for me. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. Tried it in the pot and the microwave?!! Big shame! Love Huel though. Keep going with the reviews! Much appreciated 👍🏼
Can you do a comparison video of Queal vs Soylent vs Huel? Mainly for weight loss. No worries if not. Thank you
So, I did a video comparing huel and soylent, and mentioned huel in it - but I also don't think I'm qualified to compare them for weightloss. I'm sure that all of them, if used correctly and safely will help with weight loss, weight gain, or stabilisation, whichever you wanted to achieve, for me, it's which tastes nicest and would be easiest to stick with long term - certainly I'd say queal or huel would win in that case!
Is Huel black better if I’m looking to focus on losing weight? Or should I stick to the original?
either will work for losing weight - technically, the black, being higher protein, would promote slightly higher calorie burn through digesting protein, but it's marginal... good luck!
Got my Huel Black arriving today. Think I will start off with your 2 a day and dinner meal. Not aiming to lose any weight with this however I won't complain at losing a couple pounds. Thanks for the review!

I ordered the black edition chocolate and vanilla I’ve had 500ml water with 2 scoops blended for the first time and it was so grainy I had to down it quickly as the graininess was a bit off putting
Hi folks! Can anybody explain to me what the difference is between the Huel Protein shakes and the Huel Black? They're both high protein but I don't know which to order..
Just finished filming a video on the huel protein - it'll be up tomorrow, and I addressed your question directly, but in short, Huel Black is a meal replacement with more protein, Huel Protein is a snack (only 100 calories) with high protein. Hope that helps!

@@LittleTipple huel in general unfortunately. I read somewhere it is something about getting it through customs or something, I don't know much about it.
Apparently they are planning to bring it In Australia, but that won't be for a while unfortunately

Did you lose weight using huel?
I did when I first started - and I could again if I wanted to - I’m now using it more as a maintenance aid, I have a habit of overeating, so this helps prevent weight gain at the moment, rather than as weight loss, if you see what I mean...?

I lost 15 pounds with Huel and light exercise.
