I have the fairest skin I've ever seen, and 015 is PERFECT on me, very neutral despite saying "rosy", and I cannot imagine who is wearing the white other than maybe goths?
Did the mixing work? I am almost identical to you in skintone and also a neutral, but everything is always too pigmented or not light enough, then this OOO is literally white lol.
I feel like the jump from 30 to 15 and 15 to 000 is crazy they need to add shades in between I don’t have a good shade match in HausLabs 15 is a tiny bit too pink and a little dark to get a good match I’d have to buy 30 and 000 to get a lil yellow and lightening it’s just not worth it to buy multiple some suggestions were to use the concealer to help balance the colors
If she already has them, yes. That would be a solution, but not in the long run. To buy two products instead of one, when they're not cheap....it's weird that the lightest shades jump as much as they do.

There is a 015 which tends to run more neutral... and so far, it has stayed true to color.

015 is lighter and very neutral. It disappears into my fair skin, canceling out my too-red cheeks and matching my neck perfectly.
I believe the colors are listed like MAC lists theirs. Cool is warm and warm is cool. Have you tried the lightest fair shade?
