Thank you, appreciate that. I loved it when I first saw Jojo Mayer and Nerve with John Davis doing some synth bass stuff over live drums. That old Pearl octave pedal has been great for getting things into that realm.
That's the nicest looking spring reverb I've seen! It sounds like you'd expect from a spring but the ability to adjust the drive into the spring is nice. I usually use the Doepfer A-199 for spring reverb, it has an emphasis control which can be too subtle to be of much use. I have put a gain stage in front of it before (Doepfer A-183-3 as well as DivKid Stereo strip) , but it didn't quite sound like what you've recorded here but still neat. Interesting wet/dry switch controls on these pedals. I use a DIY clone of a Boss CE-2 chorus by default (Cepheid Chorus). It's hard for me to justify another chorus even if it has better features because I spent so much time soldering the kit together LOL. It's not a rational reason but there you go.
It's a good enough reason, use and enjoy it. I did like that dry/direct on and off option on a foot switch. It's a pain in the ass when pedals with mix controls just go 50/50 dry/wet and won't go fully wet, so I'm happy I can kill the dry on this.
The DnB bassline was so dope, this was a good showcase. Thank you

Love the spring. Had to buy one just now!
it's excellent, Echo Fix have done a lovely job with it.
@@DivKid damn it! Now I'm looking at their tape space echo
HARD SYNC
Thanks Michael.
Nice looking and sounding pedals..
“Saturated” market though
Yeah the pedal market isn't shy of makers and new releases. Luckily Echo Fix are single handed in the modern made tape echo market though! :)
@@DivKid For sure. Super nice fellas too. I’ve had dealings with them.
Glad to hear that, always nice to hear of good people involved in all this stuff.
Looking forward trying this spring reverb at some point. HARD SYNC THO hahaha.
Hard Sync! I do like a good spring reverb.
