80's kid here back in the day we had this bike accessory so you can spin your fork and keep your breaks and not trash your foot / shoes it's called a rotor (gyro)
thats cuz of cheap shoes. Vans are cheap quality. I have a pair of steel toes CAT shoes that were $80 that Dont wear at all. Or use a worn pair alredy. I dont notice a difference in my NB shoes , the new skate style one It doesn't matter if u already drag ur feet while walking like me
@Lisa M Do you mean brake less vs brakes? Because I only ride this BMX.. I like being able to spin my bars without tangled cables.. Brakes are good to have riding around town, I haven't ridden downtown without brakes yet..

I have a drawer full of gyros in my shed! I prefer the sneaker brake! 90's kid here. It was sacrilege to have brakes on a BMX.
