Good Day, I own GT650. I faced an issues on handlebar wobbling and straight away dropped my bike in service Centre for checking cone set bearing. After inspection they said its a issue with chassis and chassis need to be renewed. Issue was cone set bearing found loose fit even with new bearing, bearing falling out without any effort. Technicians said may be manufacturing defect. Finally renewed chassis in warranty.

Hi. Can you make a video on suspension upgrades? The stock suspension is not that great. There are two after market options. YSS and Way 2 speed. YSS Suspension is very expensive but Way 2 speed is budget friendly. Which is the better choice? It’ll be helpful for us to decide the suspension upgrade.
Yss is the best Go for it with 10w fork oil I also suggest to just go for a 10w fork oil change with only a preload adjuster to start with. That alone solves 90 perc of the issue. Go for the YSS if required after this only. Way2speed is way too stiff and makes the front very heavy, but also gives highly stable and planted feel. But doesnt feel very good on bad roads for a very long time.

You guys missed the use of greasy relays. Recommended to change them to BOSH
Try to replace with Denso relays if possible

I faced these listed issues with my GT535. Since same electricals being used, could be the reason.. is it same in super meteor as well??
FYI, pulsar 220 parts were matching with GT535, rear disk, power coil etc
