Why don't you actually show the video of removing the mirror. The hard part of the install. I have a suction cup like yours and it sounds like the glass is going to crack before I can even tighten it all the way in like you. All the other videos don't show someone removing it and generally show a broken mirror so it would be useful to actually show it if your method does in fact work.
The video was not made to put on RUclips. I took a bunch of clips for a buddy of mine and he said it helped him a lot so I decided to put them together in a video. This was the method I used. You can use whichever method you’d like to but holding the phone and getting a firm grip on the suction while applying an even pulling motion wasn’t easy to do.

Very weird. Make sure very thing is clipped in properly. Sounds like air leaking through a gap somewhere.

Did you do anything special to pop the mirrors off? They are being a pain for me
I’ve found that some are harder to remove than others. My driver side popped off with barely any pressure. But my passenger one required a lot of pulling. I didn’t do anything special just do not pry it with anything
Unrelated. But I’m debating upgrading my speakers. Have the alpine 9 speaker. I actually like it but I’m itching to upgrade. You strike me as someone who has upgraded.
Lol that’s funny you say that cause I’m totally satisfied with the factory alpine system. I haven’t upgraded

Hey man, great looking truck and this video is super helpful! I just got mine in the mail and was looking at the tabs on the lights because the forum makes it seem like you are trying to pull out the marker light instead! How do you pop the mirror back in?
Thank you bro! If you line them up and press it in it just clicks in. Was actually easier to put the mirror back on if you just line it up correctly 👍🏼

If you look from the back of the truck you can see a little blinker on the bottom of the mirror
My truck didn't come with led side marker lights. Any suggestions on how to add them???

Where the wire with the blue stripe go ? When I pulled the mirror it all came lose and I don’t know where it goes
There’s only two wires to be connected. They go on the prongs on the mirror
So did the mirror just pop out when you pulled it or did you have to reach behind it with a screw driver and disengage anything?
The both just popped off. One took a little more effort than the other. Do not use and pry tools to get the mirrors off or they will crack.

Thank you brother! Depends on what headlights you have. I went from factory LEDs to AlphaRex Novas and they were a HUGE upgrade. Now I just changed to the VLAND Matrix and they are great as well. I’m close to posting a couple videos on the headlights any day now
Thanks for answering my message my came with the halogen headlights and i was considering the morimoto hybrid but those vland looks awesome better then alpha rex
I don’t have any experience with the Morimoto headlights but I do know they are very expensive. The VLANDs are a great budget option to change the whole look of your truck and I’m more than happy changing from AlphaRex to the VLANDs
Yes that's one of my concerns the price hahaha I know vland look very cool I was just wondering about the DRL how bright they are from vland thanks brother!
The DRLs are extremely bright on the VLANDs which is something I really like. It does have almost a crystalized pattern rather than a smooth light pattern for the DRLs but I’m super happy with it! Can’t go wrong with either brand from my experience!
Grill lights. Where did you get those ? I love them and kinda want a set for my truck.

Hello I have a question I have a 2019 rebel my mirrors look exactly like yours and have the blind spot sensors same as yours from what I saw on the video. Thinking of buying these but on amazon says This product fits only if following criteria are met and has w/o Blind Side Detection listed but mine has it same as yours did you have any issues with the blind spot sensors after install or is everything working as normal thanks.
Everything works just fine afterwards and still does

How did you get the mirror turn signals to work? I bought 2 sets of these on ebay and neither of them worked. when I hot wired the lights to the battery, they come on, but when I plugged them in they didnt work 😖
I purchased mine from Amazon. I’m not sure if the brand would matter though. And I connected them to the factory connector with no issues. Wish I could help man but that’s all I did.

Just ordered mine and I’m having trouble with the driver side. I was pulling hard and I heard the glue or tape that holds the mirror peeling so I stopped. I didn’t want to rip the mirror off the backing. Any other suggestions?
Also what fuse did u tap in to. I have a 2019 rebel and my fuse is a 10 not 15. Might be different?
My driver side was the easier one. My passenger took a little more effort. Im not sure if there’s other ways to get it off I just know you should never try to pry it.
Also I didn’t have to wire them they connected straight to the factory connectors.
Oh sorry. The fuse tap question was for the hood light strip that u recently install. Lol

Those are alpharex headlights and yes they were great

Curious what size rims and tires are you running?
Rims are 20x12 -44 offset and tires are 35x12.5r20
Did you have to do anything with the wiring yo get them to work.
Nothing at all. They are plug and play
@@FirefighterBuelloem is only plug and play if you have the power windows though right? Otherwise you get the cables and fuses, did you happen to know how to connect the fuse boss

I believe it’s used for maneuvering mirrors. Got it at the local hardware store

These instructions are bogus, not enough detail, skipped steps, not actually showing how it’s done. Instead should be showing these detailed steps one by one.
This was not intended to go on RUclips. It was recorded for a friend to roughly guide them in the right direction. It helped him so it was put together for a RUclips video in case it can help others.
