Teleportation is such an underated power to have in real life. If you go around and ask people "what super power what would you like to have" they always say "flight" "mind control" "strength" or "idk".
tbf mind control is pretty busted, its one of the only superpowers that cant be traced back to you. For me I will go the bitch route and just say "reality manipulation".
I have been watching X-Men since the 1980s. I have said since I was a kid I wanted Collosus power. I have flight on occasion in my dreams. So it is not the picnic you think it is. Super strength is actually a detriment if you had it. Mind control would not be as fun as you think. Nightcrawler is one of the best X-Men. Though, I feel like this video over hyped teleportation. Shame healing is such a nerfed ability in the X-Men universe which drains your energy. Actually changing the color of your skin and causing blackouts if over used.
Mind control, while probably being the most immoral when used to it's full potential, would definitely be one of the most useful. By far. Personally, I'd go for a good shape shifting ability though.
Shapeshifting without crime, though, you can have your ideal body at all times without effort. No diet, no exercise, no products, no surgery. Just be gorgeous.

I was called crazy for over analyzing teleportation before. You'll be lucky if you were able to just want to appear there and it happens. If you wanted to teleport to a spot, but the travel doesn't use the Earth as reference, you could end up in that spot in space after the Earth moved. Even back in Elementary school I overthinked. 😂(Night Crawler was one of my favorite X-Men, so I thought about it often. Then Kyle Hill from Because Science mentioned it and I felt glad I wasn't the only one that thought about it.)
I see you teleportation and raise with portals. Depending on how your portals work, you can have the transport benefits of teleporting with added offensive abilities. You could also transport cargo for a fee

The problem with teleportation is that it would get rid of the value and enjoyment we find in places like the beach or the bahamas. Because we can't go there often and it's a rare thing, we find being able to go there very enjoying, but if we could go there whenever we pleased it wouldn't be as fun anymore.

I think telekinesis is up there with teleporting in terms of usefullness. Especially if you can train to make it stronger to move heavier things or from longer distances if you need to via lots of training (using progressive overload..realistic stuff). Also it would be a good substitute for super strength becasue you can pretend to you're moving something with your hands but your actually being assisted.

Wormholes. The ability to manipulate wormholes would be mine. You can teleport yourself, teleport anything else you want, time travel, wormhole to a black hole to slow down time, wormhole small objects for projectiles. I mean the possibilities are endless. However superspeed, telepathy and telekinesis are still hard to deal with if you have an arch enemy.

teleportation is fun as long as you can teleport instantly to the specific place you want. the earth moves 24/7 if theres an delay you might just end up with halve your body between an object or something. the healing factor wont stop you from suffering pain. or what if you drown for like an eternity like in "The Old Guard".
You need to be able to match vectors with your target. Look at a globe-- that beach in Hawaii is moving at 700 mph in the direction I currently call "up". I am moving at 700 mph in the direction Hawaii currently calls "down". If I can't match Hawaii's vector, I will arrive like a meteor striking the ground at a 45-degree angle at around 900 mph. Messy.

I always say teleportation. Since my teen years my top favourite superpower is it...maybe combine it with regeneration and you have no problem.
