Thank you for your advice of not using inkjet printers. Really agree with you. Despite their over-sensitivity with cartridges, print-head & other issues, buying a new cartridge is a pain in the a**, too!

I was so upset that you didn't tell us how to reset that error and I didn't believe that it was due to ink leakage and that it would be enough to clean the cartridge and ... surprise! It was enough. You don't know the many things I've tried. Thank you very much!
Ok so it's not supposed to rub out? Bc I have been juicing out a brand new ink cartridge & I'm heated! They're expensive to be built leaking
@@KittyBankz uf! It was a long time ago, but I remember that I disregarded the too simple advice in the video, but then, after cleaning it as shown, it worked. PS: my cartridge was refilled, it was not new (" built leaking")

Basically when E05 shows in the window with blank ink light flashing & the alarm lamp lit steady: that means your printer is trashed. Am I understanding correctly?

It's been over 10 years since I haven't used my printer it's showed E05 I just cleaned the catrages and it now shows P08 what should I do plz help
It should be across the top of the function buttons pad, right on top and to the left of the scanner

Cleaning with a tissue doesn't work in my case, but a dosis of contact spray into the cartridge holder and 12h unplugged works here.

Hi! this really helps! But I can't take my cartridges out. When I open the cover, it's not responding as how it's usually supposed to be. I didn't connect my printer to any computer/laptop.
Power should be connected to the printer and you should press the printer power button to turn it on.
No need for pc connection.
When you open the door of the cartridges, they should be moved to the sport where you can remove them within 1 minute - it does it by itself if it's the same cartridge type.
If your printer head is separate and there are only ink cartridges - the separate containers for each color, those have a simpler way to remove. Those don't need to move and they are ready to be removed even if the printer is not powered on.

Hi ive mg3150 issue ...not with ink ...new canon ink fitted ...my router was changed by virgin....how do i reset so as to link with new modem / router...my printer is v similar to urs on RUclips...cant get canon help ...
Mine is without wifi. Check the manual for your model or a guide on how to set it up.

Check USB connection and install printer drivers as the instructions say in your printer manual.

Depends on the model. Some may work, some dont. You could try and see how it goes.

My printer is a TS3522 an it's a Canon PIXMA an it keeps changing from 0 4 than to E an Idk it's doing that but something clearly tells me to call customer service by tomorrow morning
If you go to print the error message will tell you which cartridge is faulty

It didn't help. It's still blinking. I'm using real Canon black ink & Office Depot brand color ink. I'm ready to give up & buy another printer. I tried downloading Canon's drivers and now my computer isn't working. I HATE TECHNOLOGY!!!!!!
If you buy another printer, buy a laser printer!
The worst part is, when you are out of Ink and when we need to use the scanner, the printer doesn't works unless the cartridges are replaced!

I feel your pain. You can find a used laser printer much cheaper.
Solution: NEVER BUY a CANON PRINTER
If you like spending nights on forums,, all kind of sequences, error codes etc. you tube, go ahead , buy a CANON printer
If you just ant to print: buy anything else
I bought a Canon G3100, same issues as my old Canon printer (M-something,
printer head burned out..) : stupid error codes, wasting much time on
youtube, forums , still not working ERROR1234, ERROR 5678, it never
stops. Even after a factory reset (find the sequence yourself... Power,
5x something, then something else.. ))
DON'T BUY CANON A PRINTER, BUY ANYTHING ELSE (eg EPSON)
I live in Honduras, Hey Canon, you pay for shipping etc ? Better I
throw it on the fire and buy an EPSON. Wasted too much $$$ and time on CANON
garbage.
If you like the manufacturer updating your software so that you can't use 3rd party ink cartridges buy a HP. They all seem to have issues to sort out.
