      Question Danish 🙏🏻
With a malignant narc, with psychopathic and antisocial traits, that threatens to unalive us, how scared should one realistically be that he may act on it?
What’s your opinion and experience with that?
      Thank you.
I know he’s dangerous, I’ve been scared of him before, but the police doesn’t believe me, since he doesn’t already have a criminal record.

You hit the nail on the head. The narcissist is just a baby soul driven by Ego and fear. The good news is that children who were abused by a narcissist have awakened first. They are now realizing their self-worth. They are less susceptible to being sheep. They are tested and ready for the ascension, the shift to 4D.

narcissists are super-duper envious and jealous of anyone who is better or has the slightest potential to be better than them.
it's classic chopping you off at the legs, so they can feel taller than you.
the worst case i have ever seen was the narcissistic 30-year old mother and her 8 year old daughter.
the girl at 8 had better people skills and empathy than her wicked witch mother could ever have.
as a result, the mother destroyed the girl's self esteem so bad, that the girl was a people pleaser and would accept any breadcrumbs of affection.
stay strong, and be all you can be.

My late mother (a narc) and two of my ex-boyfriends would do this regularly. They would literally and figuratively pull the rug from under my feet, drag me down and humiliate me. I'm so sick and tired of narcissists!
One example (out of many) is my mother. When my cousins returned from holiday in Portugal and paid a visit, I happened to be in the house. What is difficult for me in any social situation is starting a conversation (being on the Autism Spectrum). Still, I saw a gap in the conversation and asked one of my cousins about a particular part of their holiday which piqued my interest. What did my mother do in the background? She behaved like a puppet with the strings cut off her hands as she sat on her chair! Then, when she cut in with some random remark, she told me to go away.
I knew that she was eager to start an argument and make me out to be the aggressor, so off I went.

I realize that he stole and vandalized much of my potential for a healthy, happy life. Since I cannot undo the past, my only viable course of action is to understand what happened and to Heal from the abuse. Your videos are helping me do that. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I also experienced the same issues in my toxic family in that they saw my talents as theirs to use and exploited me in every way. I look back at my life the years I wasted in investing into relationships with people that never had my best interests at heart. And when I say relationships it was more or less trauma bonding. Boundaries are key into putting any narcissist in there place especially in the family because they feel very entitled to be involved in your life.

Awesome! Yes he was always very jealous of me. I sensed that when talking to him but never really got to expressing it. Whenever I shared anything good bout me,he'd be like "Oh that's not a big deal". Now I know why. Whereas if it was about him I'd be like so genuinely happy for him, encouraging him to push himself further, get serious in life. Settle down. Do the big man shit. Even though he was so much older to me. Still I wanted to motivate him to be focused. Even at his age he kept changing countries like clothes....which I found.....odd. Now looking back I can say I was blessed to escape that. It was all a plan he must have made with his ex wife or then due to his own narcissism. You can't trust such people you know. I thought I was giving him a second chance at life. Nope.

So,I happened to a bridesmaid in the wedding of a friend of mine. We did plenty of dancing, partying and having fun. My Narco boyfriend of 3years was in attendance. Best believe he looked like someone who'd walked into a funeral home from the moment he walked into the wedding.
As my other friends were busy recording me dancing and participating in activities he sat there,so unbothered and so gloomy like someone was holding him hostage. Even when I went to say hello at their table you'd see the disdain written all over his face!
As we wound up at the evening party he picked up so many unnecessary fights with me,over nothing! I'd see him from the corner of my eye shooting laser beams my way as I danced and made merry with the rest of the bridal party.
He hates seeing me happy. He hates seeing me shine. Not once has he asked me before why people are so attracted to my personality and energy(which over the years he's done his best to drain out of me)
Little did I notice then how he'd act so indifferently and mean afterwards towards me,his shift in his mood and demeanor.
    He was literally punishing me!

The narcissist has a familiar spirit, and as a believer we have been given authority over the devil and his demons. To loosen and bind all evil and call on angels to protect us. They will know who is practicing there authority and who isn’t. As when he fell Satan was told by God to eat Dust, and Man is made of Dust. God told us to be wise as serpents and be gentle as doves 🕊️. For we go out as sheep among the wolves 🐺
Let all that you do be done in faith Hope and Love for the kingdom of God comes soon, and God wants his creation back, and he has told us all things, in His Word!

They have the Jezebel spirit (1 Kings 16: 31-34, 1 Kings 18, 19: 1-3, 21: 1-16, 2 Kings 9), which is many demonic spirits, regardless of the sex of the narcissist. In particular, this spirit will attempt to destroy God and his prophets as it's primary objective. (Rev 2: 20-23) It also is the exact description of satan - John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

This video defines my situation almost exactly, as my parents have done what they to undermine my advancements.
This is especially true with my father, who has even gone so far as to get in my way on various jobs I’ve had (I work in the film business) and cause mishaps with them. He couldn’t stand the fact someone other that him was in charge in a given show and was being successful at it.
Combine this with my mother, who would almost immediately enable his behavior (often saying that I “needed” to help him out because of his age, etc.), and a cycle of toxicity results.

This one brought me to tears. Several past and present examples came rushing to my mind. My dad could be the poster child/adult/asshole waste of oxygen for Narcs.
Fortunately I know how to set my boundaries much better now, I know topics of discussion we share common interests and can use that to keep chaos from full blown escalation. I see the patterns as if i had 20/20 vision and it helps. I'll hate him til the day he passes, probably after that too, there isn't emotional healing too much is non forgivable, my healing is finding the inner strength to be me, be proud of myself and not worry about any validation anymore.

Sir, the information you have provided is exceptionally well presented. The only thing I respect is when people reciprocate genuine kindness in proportion to what they are gifted with. I have a LOT of gifts so I give a LOT of gifts. But if someone I give to does not have much, I do not expect much in return. We need to reciprocate energy in proportion to what we are given. But some seem to have a “vampiric” attitude, Some silent prayers of love are like a hidden prophecy fulfilled.
Narcissists habitually shift blame instead of being accountable for their own actions. A narcissist will only communicate when they WANT to communicate. But true respect is when true heroes reciprocate the heroic virtues of everyone around them with everyone around them while enhancing everyone around them -- They radiate an Aura of Positive Reciprocity.

Ah Danish, this is SO true.
Last year, my youngest son got very sick with a first episode of Crohn’s disease. I took care of him at home for weeks before he was finally hospitalized (thanks to covid). Being an ex ICU and ER nurse of 20y, I sure did take care of him. Once at the hospital, while our kid was in very bad shape in the ICU, with multiple complications, I documented everything I very well know were pertinent for the doctors on a white board in the room (isolation) following what they had asked me (I administered his medication, so I had to note this there, and more). On that critical night, his father attacked me by asking me to “calm down”, as I apparently, to him, “I talked too much, wrote too much” and to him “I took too much space and all attention of the team of doctors”, and he didn’t like that. He didn’t have enough of the spot light and wasn’t complimented enough.
I was stunned. Completely Exhausted. I couldn’t believe what I heard, that instead of being glad his son’s mother had the knowledge and professional expertise to care for him, to protect him, to prevent errors, to make sure everything was spot on amd by the book, and manage his care as best as it was possible to and support the team of doctors and specialist, by relying to them all the information I knew crucial, and doing everything I possibly could to save our son’s life (even had to confront them because he was showing a ventricular arrhythmia on the monitor that they didn’t even see!) and protect his mental health. But no. That wasn’t good for him. His issue was that he felt put aside, which was just a feeling because I made sure to include him and explain everything to him.
He’s a plane mechanic, how dare he thinks he can be as good as me at this?!? That’s irrational. He wanted more attention to him. He wanted to prove something?
When he said that, I took a deep breath, looked him straight in his eyes and told him that this is my son, my baby, I certainly will not withhold any of my expertise, knowledge and competencies to make him feel good with his popularity contest, and to stfu.
He wisely chose to stfu, one word and I would’ve called security to take him out of there.
Funny part is, a couple months back, I brought back what he said that night, and surprise surprise, it never happened, that’s not what he said, I was hallucinating. Granted I was tired, but not crazy. And if I had been, the team of doctors would’ve done something and not leave me in charge of my child’s monitoring and care.
    He hates me so much.
He actually threatened to kill me this late June. We had been separated for 7y.
How scared should I be that he could act on it?

It really depends if he's ever been physically abuse or verbal. My ex narc threated me many many times. I have a protective warrent against him. But that doesn't stop him. Narc thunk they're entitled. If he wants to hurt you will. Be cautious. And NEVER be alone around him.

We expect narcissists to normalize in conversations with us, but they never will. They never resolve problems because that lessens the focus on them and diminishes drama. No contact is freedom. All my best to everyone here. Much love and healing. You’ve got this.✨💜☺️

If I play it smart and just talk to someone else, she finds that person and finds a way to get them away from me. She just can’t leave me alone - yet she doesn’t seem to do it to anyone else

Oh, so many things went through my mind and the questions of why would this person not be proud of me, why always the put down of everything I was happy about and felt good about, why never saying that was a good thing, or being happy for me, always seemed disinterested to this day. It made me relax just listening to it, and helped me a lot. We do let people suffocate us because of course we care what our mother thinks, and like other mothers expect the same, but it never happened. When things were going badly, instead of sitting and chatting about it, she would smirk, oh I saw that so many times.

Hi Danish, I find myself wishing that I had found your videos a long time ago but maybe I would not have been ready to understand them. Now I find that your words are reinforcing what I already know through my own personal experiences, 28 years living with a male narcissist and having spent 20 years with a female narcissist (my mother) before him.
I had been able to see that their inferiority complex was what drove them to be in permanent denial of themselves and deny anyone else any success. Having had a mother who never gave me any appraisal or approval, I struggled with that for some years but then managed to stop waiting for that approval which never came to me.
She was the first receiver of my book of memoires, now 2 years ago and still she has said nothing to me about it. I said at the beginning of my second book, that I would probably finish writing this one before I heard back about the first one. Sadly I was so right.
I have as you say, always been way out of their low-down league. It is only recently though that I have begun to understand just how calculating and pre-meditated are the actions of all narcissists.
PARASITIC they really are. I FELT that my mother had latched on to a good man, who she then rubbished and critized always. My narcissistic male partner saw me as an ideal host to latch on to and yes, he had succeeded in destroying my sense of self worth.
But I am healing, though I still long for approval from someone, somewhere but maybe that will not be possible until I can return to the human world again!
    Fantastic work Danish, thanking you.

This can also refer to friendships in which one can't stand that you're just being you, because they subtly interpret it as being better than them. In my case, I was hanging out the one for some 2-3 years and everytime I sent something funny, like meme in our then-friend group, he would instantly downplay that and I would feel intrusive and unwanted there, so I soon stopped hanging around him and left that group.
