It cheaper to by one $ 12.99 each bag & 10.00 for the bear 🐻 so comes out $35.99 and if buy one made it only it like $26.99 because you still buy glitter and paint but it look pretty it looks like fun to make.

Awww ,he's cute. Maybe next time you could use bigger roses in the wider areas and the smaller roses where it will emphasize the definition. Plus the smaller roses can be used to fill in around the larger ones. Just a thought.

i saw these rose bears for sale for 13.99 in my hometown. it was at a mom and pop dollar store, not a chain. but they were super cute.

Wow! I wasn't expecting those prices. I'm officially old complaining about the price of things. Lol. Remember the good old days when crafting was affordable, and we did it because it was less expensive than buying a gift? (Or just enjoyed making things. ) Now, if you get a homemade gift, you darn well better cherish it. Between the cost and the labor that someone put in it, it was definitely a gift of love.
I love the red glitter added to the best. I love sparkle. I would have dip the roses in the glitter too.
Maybe people can make them for Sweetest Day in Oct. I know not all states have that day. But for the ones that do have that holiday they can get a head start. These would also be good for Easter or a baby shower. Yours is very cute.

Today Feb 3rd is the first time I've seen this type of bear. I have been hiding under a rock apparently. My 88 year old mum has been in the hospital since her birthday Jan 12 with the flu and a couple of other things. I found out out my sister couldn't wake her so they rushed her to the ER and was in ICU so I got back home as fast as I could to make sure she was ok. I brought the flu home and passed it on to the hubby so I was trying to nurse him back to health so he could get back out on the road to finish his delivery. The day he left I woke up with a sore throat which I usually get one a year but by 5pm I had to lay down. By 8pm I realized I had the flu and was in bed barely able to move with fever and weakness for about 5 days. I did not have covid but it's taken me a couple of weeks to gain some strength. I went to the podiatrist yesterday and I haven't been to any craft stores. When I saw the cover photo I thought you had put it together with the foam balls. I have never seen the bear so this was something new for me. It turned out pretty good but it's not something I would make but after watching you I understand why people would want them now. I love the black ribbon used for his bow.

That looks really nice. I’ve seen those, they sell them at the mall. Never asked for how much but for sure I think it’s more than $25. They put them on wood and cover with like a glass vase. Even though it looks like a pain to do I know I’d enjoy it. 👍

I've crafted using small foam balls... Made a tiny one.. it was 5 inches tall.. placed faux babies breath.. painted mine pink too.. than acrylic painted some babies breath pink for a heart on the chest for a wedding card box. It turned out pretty but eek.. so small it was a challenge. Lol. 🥰♥️

The ones on Amazon are $19.98 and they are 10 in. And they do have ones that have the same kind of little roses like you used. Unless you're just wanting to make something yourself it would be much cheaper to order one. Now having said that your bear is absolutely adorable.
