    You have lovely curls. How long have you been following the cg routine ? What was your hair type before starting the routine? I liked your way of explaining the right amount and use of products.

    • @madhushreee
      @madhushreee  4 года назад +27

      Thank you so much❤️ I'm not following the exact cg routine as I use sulfate, silicone and heat on my hair. But I started using leave in conditioner and gel in a proper way around 4 months back. Before that I blow dried my hair straight continuously for a year🙈

    • @madhushreee

      My curls were not too bad before starting this routine as I would apply cream (but on dry hair as I didn't know how to use it) but were frizzy .

    I learnt few new things to give the definition to my curly hair, specially the last part. Thank you so much for that. ❤️
    I would like to give you just one but most important suggestion. Don't instantly detangle your hair after applying conditioner, just lightly put conditioner upper upper se😁 and leave for 2 minutes without touching it, allow your hair to soften before detangling. After 2 mins detangle your hair and brush. That way you will not loose that much hair during conditioning.
    I learnt this after doing this mistake for ages, so wanted to share my lesson with you and other curly beauties. Hope this will be helpful.
    One request - i want to see the complete hair style which you carried in Maybelline ink pink edition review, front straight bangs with curly hair. If possible come with that hair style in your next video. Thank you❤️

    • @madhushreee
      @madhushreee  3 года назад +1

      Hi thank you for your comment and the suggestion, really appreciate it ❤️ I actually have started doing exactly the same but the reason is the conditioner falls off after detangling. So I let it soften my hair and then detangle 🙈
      About the hairstyle, those are clip-on bang extensions🙈 I have just kept my hair open and then clipped them on hehe. I always do that on bad hair days, specially when crown area is all frizzy

    Flax seed gel and a little shea butter will hold the curls. Boil the flax seeds, cheese cloth strain the goo after you let the stuff cool, and bottle and refrigerate.

      indria drayton do you add Shea butter to gel? Thank you

    • @indriadrayton1132
      @indriadrayton1132 4 года назад

      @@LBINLONDON2010 No, unless you want to. I would add a layer of shea butter to my hair after slicking my curls with the gel, just a little to rub my hands together with and run over my hair with my hands. You should put your hair in twists after that and let air dry, then untwist them when dry. I use shea butter when I ponytail my hair by running my hands over my slicked back hair with it, then tie a scarf over my head. After maybe 15 minutes, take the scarf off. It should set nicely. If a little greasy, blot carefully with a paper towel. Don't move your hair, just blot. See what happens! Mind you, I have afro textured hair, so you may have to tweak it. But, that's the fun in experimenting!!! What is your hair texture?

    It's not completely true that it's bad to brush you're hair when it's dry. Ofcourse you better can not do it if you don't wash it after but when you're hair is wet it's way weaker. I have noticed that if I brush my hair dry (ofcourse very careful and starting from the bottom to the top.) I have way less hairloss. Most of the time I pre-po my hair and after I put the oils in it I brush it carefully out and the day after I wash my hair.
    Also its not very good for your scalp to put conditioner or other product on it. Because when you put conditioner to you're scalp it can not breath anymore and that caused dandruff and other problems with you're scalp. Conditioner is meant to only use on the midway of the length of your hair.

      @@sabrinasingh6849 do you use devacurl? If you do I recommend to stop with it. Also since I use a wetbrush I have way less hairloss!! Also don't use products (except shampoo) on the scalp, use 2e a month a clarefying shampoo to remove all the buildup. And for me it works to brush my hair out before I wet it. But that depents per person. You can try it. I also use the wetbrush for that. If I finger detangle I have way more hairloss! Also maybe you can massage you're scalp ones a week. I use blueberry bliss scalp oil with mentol and teatree and it helps for hair growth. I hope you can do someting with those tips! They are all personal experience so it is possible you're hair reacts different😘

    Hi girl! I am working on creating a tool to allow women to scrunch their hair with less effort. I have a few questions to guide the development of the product
    1. I was wondering what your big pain points are when it comes to scrunching hair?
    2. On average, how long do you scrunch your hair?
    3. Why do you scrunch your hair - how does it benefit your hair?
    4. What would you expect from a hair scrunch tool (besides the basic functionality)? You can speak to design, functions, ergonomics etc.
    Would love to hear everyones feedback!

    Please don’t use plum products especially the conditioner. I’ve been using it for 6-7 months and it gradually damaged my hair. Rn, I have grey hair, itchy scalp, inflammation,rashes,extreme dryness both on scalp and hair. I’ve never experienced anything like this ever before,I’m 19 so it’s certainly not my age which is the factor.

    My hair feels a little greasy after applying the curl defining cream and gel, is that normal? Also i drive my two wheeler and wearing a helmet wears down the curls.. so i can hardly about 3 days and then i have to wash my hair again because the hair becomes even more greasier... can u suggest any tips to avoid the greasiness?

    • @madhushreee
      @madhushreee  4 года назад

      I think you can change the quantity of the cream you apply. Maybe apply lesser. I can relate to you on the helmet thing. Best you can do is wear a satin/silk scarf on your head before putting the helmet on so atleast it won't become frizzy. And after you're done, just fluff the hair so it doesn't sit champu that way.

      Hi curly hair needs extra moisture because it's naturally dry and frizzy. So leave in conditioner provides that which can help the curls look better in it's natural shape and also make them look defined.
