We came from TSV, it's good to see others supporting them, they deserve so many more subscribers. Van Life in Newquay today is hard. I remember when you could park at Little and not see another person camping there. Spent a whole summer sleeping in my car surfing, going to the Red Lion back in the late 90s. Not like that today haha. Window is a good idea, looks clean. They did a nice job. Looking forward to watching more.

Ahoy Mate. Stick some white Perforated vinyl over that shiny new window and it will magically disappear. You cant see in but you can see out just fine. If you need a clear view, you can open the window. Iv'e done it on all my vans that had windows. It works a treat. Makes the van a bit more stealthy, and its super simple to apply.

I watch a lot of these van life channels and in my opinion this channel is the best one. So much happens in every episode it can be quite boring when people just sit in their vans for the whole video but he gets out and explores also. I love it

I don't van camp but weirdly enjoy your videos! 🤣 I do wild camp a lot though and as for noisy weather get some earplugs, it's impossible to sleep in a tent in high winds but earplugs are a lifesaver and mean I can sleep through anything, also I saved a bunch of tv series and films directly onto my phones sd card so they're always there and ready to watch.

Another great episode x the window makes a HUGE difference so much more light in the van now x ps the Beeping car lock is a good thing x my car lock often unlocks without me realising when I am leaving the car so then it is unlocked x there's NO way that can happen to you with the loud BEEP x you have a lot of expensive equipment in the van which could be stolen x I would put up with it x The surfing couple are lovely and their van is awesome!

Window look great and when driving when your at a junction you can see to your left without squaring up to the junction. Way safer great choice and your now accessible to camp sites . Might see you at Praa again Shaun

If it was still just you stealth camping in the van I'd say no window but as your taking your family away with you a widow is a good thing. I keep my curtain closed while I'm driving unless I know I'm going to come across an awkward junction with a tight left when I'm going right just for that extra bit of visibility. Great channel 👍 I started watching about 6 months before the van build.
The horn sound when you locked the van means one of the doors are not shut properly or the contacts on the sliding door need sanding to make clean contact, or the rear doors are not closed properly...I had same issue on my MK7 transit minibus...Mine was the metal contacts on the sliding door

Cornwall van windows fitted my window in my sliding door too! I love it I can't always open my door as my cat lives in my van so the window is so nice for enjoying the view..

The van looks nicer with a window. Could you use one of them plug in heaters for heating the van up ? Hopefully you know what I mean small plug in,s that they reckon heats up a small room
Late the game here….but was this Pentire Head? I think it is. I spent many summers there down in Lewinnick Cove. Also too many nights in the Sailors Arms in the heart of town…greetings from California!
I was wondering how they charged the bikes as well. Thought someone must be swapping the batteries. Then, in Penzance earlier this week, I saw a guy in a white van doing just that. Seems he also goes around picking up the bikes not left at the usual pick-up points and returning them. Obviously, they must be transmitting their GPS locations.

With those electric hire bikes they probably do the same thing here with our hire e-scooters and have someone drive around swapping out the dead/low batteries with charged ones.

Use jetwash to check water leaks. These bonded windows tend to leak a lot.

Thought the idea of stealth camping in a van was not to have windows in it ? The minute you put windows in it shouts campervan and someone is sleeping in it . Mine is a white Renault Master and just looks like a tidy works van and I can park anywhere , a hiviz jacket hanging inside finishes off , no putting windows in then trying to keep the cold out ! Keep up the good work 👌

Sean, have you tried wiping clean the contact points on the side door? Possibly why it’s beeping when you lock the doors 🤷🏻♂️😊
The window fitter did that for me but it didn’t fix the problem.
How come your not using the ecoflow delta max 2 mate?
I’ve been using both. They’re both pretty much the same speck but the Anker F2000 has 2 car sockets
Hi, I love you're videos, I'm struggling to find any videos out there that show how long a power station like this will last powering a heater, I have an oil free radiator so probably more efficient than your heater, do you know how long the 1000 would run your heater for? Thanks mate.
Any 240w heater just zaps the power. Oil radiators need time to heat up and if it’s a large space and the thermostat keep clicking on the power station would probably only last a few hours. If you can find a 12v heater it would last a lot longer

Just an idea mate that door if u didnt wanna use blind, just a small curtain up and tie it back when u open the door
All ya need now is a swivel passenger chair so u can relax more and get in and out the driving seat better good video I'm converting at moment but taking time lol

Love your content but im just advising you to get some chubb locks fitted for extra security to all your doors..Ive had 2 Transits and its unbelievable how easy they are to break into

Try parking in St George’s Road car park. It’s behind the bottom of the High Street. Surfers park there all night, all year round. They all tend to back up against the trees.

But is it tinted for stealth camping. People can see in the van. The windows aren't tinted in my van so I just bought some sun shades for car back windows from Halfords to cover most of the window and some blackout shades for the sides as the shade doesn't quite cover the whole window. The shades let's the light in and can still see out albeit a bit distorted, bit I can pull down the top of the shade if I want a clear view of what's outside and don't care about people looking inside the van.
Yea this window is tinted gives a nice sunglasses look to the outside on a sunny day

There is a certain 4 lettered convenience store with branches all over Britain, our local one is pretty good at selling out of date or one day left stuff, I always get a row from the wife for not checking the dates

A window in a door??? Can't see the logic in that.....I have the same situation......I just open the door.....I know, you cant open it in some situations......Here in lies the dilemma....Is it a stealth van or is it a camper van?
The electric bikes just get swapped over by another bike when the battery is low. Someone goes round in a van full of bikes. They probably get an alert when a bike battery is low on charge.

why don't you install the diesel heater? you tap them into your fuel line and very efficient you wont see you fuel gauge go down

My one rule in all my camper vans is to not have any windows
