I wish all Dollar Tree's carried the same stuff. Mine rarely have the stuff I see my favorite RUclipsr's haul.
Same.We get the worst stuff in Canada and none of the good things I see 😭
I worked there a long time. If you have a lot of crafters in yr area, they may be going in early and buying stuff up. They will find what day the truck comes so they can be there too. But with dollar tree, you can shop on line BUT get it shipped to the store free. I love that
@kurtarron6482 I live in a small town and have to drive 45 minutes- an hour to get decent stuff.
Same!
@@MamaStylesvery rare we get few of what USA gets , wish they'd add the plus aisle
It's warm and sunny in beautiful Los Angeles, CA! 😎 👙 👠 👠
I live in Michigan, and I can tell you that you are right! We've hardly gotten any snow in the last few years. We used to get TONS of snow all winter!!! But in the last few years, we will get mountains of snow, then in just a few days, it's like it never snowed here! I feel bad for anyone who loves to ski!!! They will have to go to Alaska or somewhere to ski!!!! But this year, we had some now, but that was it. I have always said that eventually, we will get the weather that the South gets, and the South will get the weather we would get. 🤣🤣🤣
Idea for glass bear jar-
Put one of the battery operated tea lights in there to make a lighted jar, or use fairy lights and glue the battery pack into the lid.
Really adorable ❤
I love her enthusiasm for helping us with creativity and saving money. God Bless this pretty lady and her family. 💕🙏
Thanks!!
Near the wisconsin border in illinois. We got snow over the last couple days.
You did a GREAT job in this video slowing down and not talking SO fast. TY SO MUCH.😊
The Bear Jars, I was thinking of filling them with, say, Sweet Tarts and Whoever at the Valentine's day party guesses how many are in the jar, wins the Jar. Tell me some of your table-setting ideas, too. You could get some ribbon with Heart print from Dollar Tree to tie around the bear jar's neck along with the balloon's string and a name tag, and, poof!!! A gift for your sweetheart.
Bethany I am so glad you talked about how weird the weather has become. I live in South Jersey and the same story here. Just not really that cold anymore like previous winters and next to nothing for snow. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has noticed that. It's pretty scary. I love winter and all it's glory.
Hi! I agree the weather has been weird! I live in Florida but I’m from Jersey and my cousin and I were talking about this recently. Even here in Florida it has been weird. 😊
Finding many of the items truly is a scavenger hunt but when you get your hands on something the feeling is great 👍🏾
You could use the bears as the separators for a DIY tier tray. Even put fairy lights inside to light them up!
I forgot to mention. I live in Minnesota and yes I agree with you. The weather this year has been crazy. Usually we are below zero and lots of snow during this time of year. But as of now, very light snow and it’s 29 degrees right now. Odd for Minnesnowta in January.
I love your channel! Thank you so much for your creative inspirations!❤
Omg - I’m in Delaware and our temps are low 50s lately and no snow either! This is also very abnormal for our area as well. sadly I think it’s going to be a new way of life for the east but we will keep our fingers crossed anyway!
I so enjoy all your videos and your unique style so keep up the great work!
The Peep pillow is so cute and I love the bottle brush carrots. In my opinion, your wedding decor with moss runners was a lot nicer than the grass.
Yup they were sold out within minutes at my local DT. I went back the next day and asked the cashier she was the one who told me that. Crazy lol
use the glass bear as the base for a cake plate. it is 7pm EST COLD at 30 degrees but no snow yet on Cape Cod, MA
I’m obsessed with the clear refrigerator bins. I use them for so much!
Thank You for wishing your subscribers the best in finding all of the wonderful items at dollar 💵 tree. I go looking at least 4 different Dollar 💵 Tres 🌲 🌲 🌲 to get the items that I want. I definitely have to go to 5 below to get the gorgeous macarons that you have on your couch 🛋️. I live in Chicago also 😊 but I love 😘 this weather that Chicago is having because I have arthritis in my hips & legs. Yes, it is strange not to see snow 🌨️ around but I am not complaining about it. I am enjoying & loving this weather. 🙋🏾♀️😁💕💕💕🎸🎶🎊
St. Louis...34-40 right now. Definitely warmer than normal.
For the gummy bear jar you can diy a soap dispenser or dish detergent dispenser or even laundry liquid your imagination will be amazed I saw that on Liz diy
ENT advice: watch for extra charges. Mine did a culture of my nose. He sent it to an out of network lab. They implied it would be a couple hundred dollars. Cost to me was over $600. Ask questions as you go. ❤Love your channel ❤
I live in Indiana, right by Chicago. We have had a mellow winter.
Ive been told this is the year of El Nino weather system meaning North won't be as cold as usual and South will be colder than usual!
😮 In Texas lately it's been high 40's up to high 60's with rain off and on.
Central Ohio is currently milder. Christmas Eve we had the furnace off for several hours. I hope we have less snow/ice like last year. Cold is one thing, but snow and ice can stop life.
We are having an El Niño winter. Here in Montreal we have just a dusting of snow right now but goes away fast. Very unusual for our neck of the woods. Great ideas As always. Thank you for sharing ❤
Same with Minnesota
Fav RUclips channel ❤ can you do some DIY Valentine’s Day gifts?
That might be in the works.
Great finds Bethany!! I think the bear would be cute with fairy lights in it, a floral arrangement, or you could put date night ideas.
That would look cute
I got the egg n bacon and fries n burger. They are super cute. I live in Boston, MA, it is around 45 degrees. Happy new year to you and your family
She gets sooo many props for doing what she does 😊🌟
In the burbs of Chicago. Yeah… it’s been pretty mild lately.
Your editing is breathtaking
I think nationwide, the typical weather is different. It's cold but no real snow ❄️ yet. Still early its only January 4th. It's 28' here in Fort Wayne Indiana
I live 80 miles west of St. Louis in Mo. Our winter has also been mild. We've had a couple of small snows and it's only gotten below freezing at night so far. We've had high 30s,40s, even 50s and 60 degrees at times around Thanksgiving thru Christmas. It's strange. I remember when I was growing up in the 60s and 70s we always got slammed in the winters. Bug snows, bitter cold and ice storms most every year....which I do not miss.
I'm in Vermont, only snow in the mountains about 35 today
I keep my 7 1/2' pencil tree up year round, the others come down, but I decorate that one for Vday, Easter, summer, 4th, Fall, and of course Christmas as well as birthdays in my house. The little ornament are AWESOME I will be searching for them. As well as the candies. I am also a container nut! This is a great post, hoping my DT+ will have it.
Happy New Year
Is the pencil tree something she showed you how to make? or you just bought one? from where?
I do the same thing with my tree😄
@@natipena2677 isn't it fun? I love seeing the excitement in my kiddos faces when they get to help decorate for Easter, Halloween but especially birthdays. They know when the tree Deco changes it's close and it's almost a Christmas excitement for them and something we can do together.
I hope you have a wonderful New Year my Friend
@@Susan70003 I got it from Walmart. If I'm remembering right I think it was like 69.00
It's beautiful and it actually takes up less room than my 5 foot ficus tree did.(I don't think I spelled that wrong🥴) because it's tall and thin I have plenty of room, it holds it's shape beautifully.. I also have two 6 foot trees and a 4 foot one for each kiddos that I put up with the one, (the Christmas forest as they call it) so they still get the excitement of 'putting trees up' but keeping the one up, it helps carry excitement through the year, they love putting gifts under the tree for others and handing them out and looks amazing!
I would love to one day make the trees Bethany Makes, she is absolutely amazing. Right now all the after Christmas sales you can get them at a great price. I hope this helps.
I hope you have wonderful week!
I do too! I actually take the bottom section off so the tree isnt as tall. My husband made me a stand that sits inside an old #5 butter crock ❤❤❤ January it has blue lights & sbowflakes
I'm in South Alabama and we're having 40-50 highs and 30 lows. I'm loving it
The weather is the same here. Very unusual weather. Snowed yesterday melted today Lower Michigan.
I’m in Salt Lake City, Utah. We usually have serious snowstorms during December. We have had 3 storms since the beginning of November. It’s currently 33 degrees and we are having a mild snow fall. It’s been cold, 30’s, but sunny. Luckily our mountains are getting hit pretty hard; happy for the water, and for the skiers and snowboarders!
Back when the Mrs. Butterworth's syrup came in glass bottles, my mom painted one and gave it to my grandma as a present. She painted it to look like my grandma with gray hair, purple outfit with white apron, etc. so maybe paint the glass bears into more of a teddy bear to use as a gift or to put a soap dispenser in for a kid's bathroom?
Edit: My grandma used her glass bottle to hold a little bouquet of fake flowers and changed them out each season.
I live in southwest Pennsylvania and we have had maybe a dusting of snow and the temp is in the high 30s. Weird by now we would have snow everywhere.
Something else to mention are the red heart shaped lollopops in the candy section. You can put them in or on valentine cards, put them in a jar, or gift basket.
It's in the 30s in FL! Love your video's Bethany ❤
Watching from Arizona and it's 58 degrees. Born and raised here and can't wait for summer. Don't like the cold.
I'm in Rhode Island and we're supposed to get 6-12" of snow here, starting tomorrow
Omg, that wax stamp sticker so gorgeous! I recently saw it on a wedding invitation!
I’m in Michigan and our weather has been unusually warm also, just last week we had near 50’s and just a couple days before Christmas it was 60°. Now if you look Florida they are much cooler than normal. My husband and I were in Florida last January and most days it was below there normal only like low 65°, but it got very cold at night and again Michigan was in the 40’s. It’s because that earth is shifting, i was watching a special on it and that’s why there is more storms and that are stronger than typical and weird.
Hello Bethany I hope all is well.❤😊
Hello Tameka, All is well here. Hope all is well with you too!
We are finally getting a bit of snow. We had a green Christmas this year. It was so sad. I am live on the Canadian side of the boarder to Michigan.
I was lucky enough to get a pink gummy bear jar. I walked in my dollar tree unplanned and seen them right when they came out and feel in love with them. I have them displayed on my kitchen shelf next to pink and white straws in a straw canister and use them as a cup . we just had a 15 inch storm here last night.
It's high 50s to low 60s here in central Texas. Yes, our winters are much milder than they used to be -- as are our summers getting more brutal!
I'm in central Indiana and we got our first snow last night. Just an inch or two and this afternoon it's leaving. Yes our winters are getting warmer. I'm hoping it's not going to dramatically change our environment but I selfishly enjoy the better weather. Thanks for featuring more of the $1.25 items.
The weather has been crazy here in Massachusetts, too. We've been in the mid to high 30's too, but this Saturday night, Jan. 6th sometime in the late afternoon early evening til sometime in the afternoon on Sunday, we are actually going to get our first snowstorm! 2-3 times,we have had either flurries or just a coating of snow, but only stated on the ground for 10-15 minutes, that's it!
In Chandler,Arizona, it is 57° and partially sunny.
Here in WI (in our area) the weather has been weird too, we did not get our white Christmas and barely snow on the ground. I love it when you do DT Hauls! ❤😍
Do a 4 heart reef with the heart bowls and some other valentines ornaments and items ….i think that would be so dope
Heavy rainy days.
This week in Northern Michigan it’s COLD in the 20s but no snow last week we were in the 40s
I live in NorCal and our winters have gotten COLDER every year 🥶 we’re also getting more rain this year (thank God) but I’m ready for our triple digit summers now lol
I just checked the weather in my area, it’s 46F 🥴 please pray for California 🙏🏼 our governor sucks and inflation is insane rn.. nice weather is the last good thing we have 😢
I enjoy your videos.
I like how you make you're a fake food and you're candy. Valentine is one of my favorite holidays And you're very right about the online's cards with the toys. As a room mother, we always look for that kind of stuff.😊
Your wedding tables were beatiful and unique
Freezing cold at the moment. Expecting 1 ft of snow expected this Sunday. Massachusetts
I live in Bedford, NH and we have had ZERO snow and part of me likes it. But my kids want to use their sleds and I’m dying to go sledding with them.
Loved the glimpse of your wedding table. Nice Job!
Thank you!
We live south of Chicago about 3 hours and today (1/4/24) it is just plain cold. It's only in the 30's the last several days and overnight it's in the 20's. I will say that I am originally from California, so I am sunny, warm kind of girl (old lady, 71). I have been in Illinois since I was 13 and have never gotten used to it being cold.
Hi Bethany,
What about bath beads.
Glad to share that global warming is affecting us here in Buffalo, too! Same! Warmer, milder and less snow ❄️
Ohio .. little snow, in the 30's. Those glass bears, maybe put a slot in the top and make it a bank. I got a Cricut joy for Christmas and can't wait to get labeling!! Thanks for your inspiring videos.
Great idea!
Eastern PA expecting snow this weekend but definitely a mild winter. El Nino this year.
Its freezing here now im in Michigan and it just got below freezing. Im all for the milder winters. We still have 3 more months of winter
Sending warm hugs from warm Los Angeles. 😎
I’m in PA and it’s been warmer than usual here for the last 2 years too. We’re supposed to get snow this weekend but we’ll see. I think it’s global warming but I think a lot of people are in denial about it, I say better safe than sorry and be prepared. Love your channel I’ve been following for years 🥰
It's °62 and partly cloudy here in Clewiston FL. I'm traveling with my husband for work. Ft. Lauderdale next week. TFS
long time ago the use to sell peanut butter in bear jars i forget which company did it but my mom would reuse the jars to store buttons in
Bear would be a good Baby shower gift.Make like a flower arrangement in it,except using baby items.Example, bottle brush, & smaller assorted items.😊
Great idea!!
Our receipts were so similar👌🏾 I bought 10 of those clear bins. I don't know where I'll use them yet, but they are sure to go fast!! I also got the sweet ornaments for a Vday tiered tray and thought of you for sure😉❤🙏🏾
Definitely notice milder winters in New England! Weather just turned frigid. Expect first snowfall of 6" this weekend !! 🥶❄️
Last Christmas was 20 below. It was brutal! Ever since that huge dry snow about 10 years ago with those high winds…it was a huge El Niño that threw everything off.
In 2008 Easter Sunday was also in March. March 23rd. I'll always remember that unusually early Easter as it was the day after my dad's funeral. It even snowed in Mo on that Easter Sunday.
We were just talking about this. Lived here in Chicago all my life. You’re right, I’m not complaining that’s for sure 😂.
You found some really cute things! . . . You asked about our weather. As of January 7, 2024, It's on the cold side here is Shreveport. Expecting rain tomorrow. This week the temps are going to be like a yoyo. Freezing and then in the 50's and 60's! We have crazy weather here in the south. One day shorts and flip flops. The next day you need long johns and a coat.
The red bear would look great in a tier tray.
Currently 46 degrees here in Oklahoma.
My DTs are just now putting out new stuff. They still have Christmas out. My stores don’t get half of what you and others show. I have at least 10 I go to each week. Alabama people love all this stuff too!!😁🤣🙃
Happy Thursday beautiful ❤ I cannot find those bear glass 😢 we are having a bad snowstorm Saturday into Sunday 😢 none of my DT has all these items 😊 those are cute valentines candy plastic 😊 I go to so many and still nothing like the states 😊 have a wonderful weekend 💗💜💙💚💛🦋🌈
Chilly and rainy this morning 🥶 ☔
Dollar Tree stores in Florida are finally getting some of the Plus items! I picked up the Peep pillow and blanket too!
Awesome!
I'm in Uath and we just barely got snow today it's nuts!
Albuquerque NM here. Today for the first time we’re getting snow. It’s been snowing on and off all day. Just like you said our winter has gotten so mild and not cold at all. I know we’re in the desert but we usually have a winter.
Sacramento California, cold and rainy. It's getting colder this week and there's snow on the mountains. It's usually rainier
Bethany, I can't wait to go to the dt. Love the pillow and all the Easter decorations. There are so many great items. Hope you and your family had an amazing New Year.
I live in a resort area and we only have two dollar trees and not any dollar tree plus I’d have to drive an hour and a half away to get to one. I’m jealous of you ha ha ha
I live at the Outer Banks of North Carolina and like I said it’s a resort place and it’s a big beach beach beach so we have mild weather as well
You always find the goods
Cold and windy in Cali
No snow in Rockford, MI. I decided to rake my back yard to get a jump on Spring. Gives me a chance to get some fresh air & exercise. Great video!
43 degrees in Aiken, SC
It’s colder than a well digger’s shovel. Well really, it’s in the mid 30s during the day and 20s at night. We are expecting snow Saturday night. We had snow twice in November, none in December, but we are getting ready for several inches this weekend. I am planning to make a Barbie size dollhouse using the Dollar Tree signs as the structure. I’ve accumulated so much stuff and it’s got to go. I loved Barbie as a girl and played with her with my daughter and granddaughter when they were kids.
Same with the weather in MN. We had several 50 degree days in December!! That's never happened as long as I can remember. & is only snowed like 3x.
Down here in southern Arizona when I leave in the morning for work, about 6:30am, the weather now is around 35 degrees. That's a first in a very looooooooong time, usually it'll be in the 50's.
I wasn’t gonna decorate for Valentines or Easter but after seeing this video, I’m going to the dollar tree tomorrow if I have to go to 10 different ones like you do I’m gonna find the stuff that you got and decorate
Hi I'm in Memphis, Tennessee and our temperature here is 44 - 52 degrees in the day n 32 degrees at night. NO SNOW
Our weather is not "normal" for winter here either. (I'm in Ontario Canada). winters have been getting milder and milder, here too. We've had a lot of rain, not much snow.. we had a Green Christmas.... right now, it's a bit cold, and there is SOME snow on the ground....(that fell at New YEar's).... but.... nothing like usual for December and January.
I love those candy thingies.... I hope to find them next time I'm at Dollar Tree. 🍬
Love the peep items at DT. It's cold in California. It's not a rainy season but we do get a cold front. It gets in the low forties at night and low sixties during the day. This is cold for us.
I live in Kentucky, right on the border of Tennessee. I’m about an hour from Nashville. We got snow this past week. More snow than what I’ve seen in the 11 years I’ve lived here. About 7-8 inches.
Right now in MA its 44 and cloudy but they are calling for storm Saturday night into Sunday soupose to get 3-6 inches so far
