I was at Fab Rats today, it looks great with the new driveway. The Rat Shack has moved across the parking lot from where it was against the shop. We need to start a support group to help Grandma get a ride (tricked out golf cart) to go back and forth from the shop to the Rat Shack. We enjoyed talking with Grandma today.

I have 2 of these trucks both 2005s 1 has a 6.0l and the other a 5.9l cummins and outside of a square body these are my favorite trucks hands down so this build is gonna be epic in my opinion! Paul, the issue you having with the new ( to you ) GMC steering may just be that the fluid is old and burnt, smell it and you will see. The problem I find a lot is that people do not change power steering fluid. It's constantly under high pressure and gets hot. Give it a try.

2-3" into 1-4" actually causes a minor restriction. The magic numbers: 2-3" is 2x3²='18', where 1-4" is 1x4²='16' or an actual flow reduction of '-2'. A 2-3" into 1-4¼"('18.06') would maintain equalibrium. A 2-3" into 1-4½" would give '20¼' which would eliminate the minor restriction with a flow increase of '2¼'.
