I remember when the movie came out of her life and ahe was on Johnny Carson. You could tell he truly loved and respected her. He used a big word Loretta didn't get and he quickly made a little joke so she got it without being discourteous. Johnny had class.

I was just a young kid and she was in my home town and I think she was with p Wagner and I was on the school bus and these people all around and enjoy listening to them. I a country girl born and raised as a coal miner daughter and proud of it. We didn't have all the riches in that expect to have but we had enough love. With ten siblings it never a dull moment.

I was raised on her music! I was fortunate enough to see her and Conway Twitty in concert with my Momma, and it was wonderful! She chatted to the audience and it was super special. My Momma died a few months later, but she loved getting to see her favorite duo sing on stage. Very special memories!

I saw in person one of Loretta's dresses she wore while singing and was so surprised how small she is. With my listening to her as much as I could being born in 1961 till this day in my mind, she is the greatest female singer of any style. A beautiful heart ❤️. We took our granddaughter to her home in TN last year. She was 9 years old and really loved it there. Did not meet Loretta but she knows more about her now. What an American ICON
Maybe this year, we will get the opportunity for my granddaughter to have a chance of a lifetime by meeting her. Always dream for the little ones! It may help their dreams come true. If not, she will know who this wonderful lady is regardless.
Loretta Lynn is my mother. Well she is the closest thing to my dear mother left on this earth. My mother only made it to74 but she was the spitting image in every single way of Loretta Lynn and when I see Loretta and listen to her I really miss my mother. The jokes they tell their sense of humor the whole ball of wax. As long as Loretta will be alive My mother will still be here with us.

Loretta Lynn is awesome. I met Patsy Lynn and Mooney at Hurricane Mills summer of '86. In '87 I had twins and named them Loretta Lynn and Louise Mandrell.

She is one of the people I grew up hearing in my parents house, especially since my mom was from Floyd County Kentucky and her dad was a life long coal miner. He worked in the Van meere coal mines and died when I was 3 of black lung

Many years ago I had the privilege of meeting Ms Lynn along with Conway Twitty. They were performing the next night and staying in the hotel I worked at. They arrived very late (I was the bar manager), and the kitchen was shut down. Made them both dinner - very kind and grateful people. Ms Lynn gave me tickets to the show - my parents loved seeing them perform. 👍

front row seats, 3 generations 10 feet away from a country legend ❤️one of my best life memories .. my grandfather a coal miners son from Pineville Kentucky. So I understand even a California girl what it means to live the coal minors life.. sitting at his feet , listening to the stories good and bad

Saw her in Lincoln City, Oregon. What a FABULOUS woman. FABULOUS performance. I felt like I was dreaming. Then got to go down to the stage afterward and see her up close alongside her granddaughter. I'll never forget it.
