Ordered one but I wish I would have caught this Kickstarter version, I don’t like how the new ones have the brand name on them. Who wants to see the word shargeek
Just bought one of these a few days ago. If you leave the DC voltage output “ON”, it will bleed voltage like a stuck pig. If you turn it “OFF” after charging your device(s), it seems to hold. For $200 that’s unacceptable. I’ve emailed the company about this and have not received a response. Read other reviews where you get zero out of support. YMMV.
@@shorb2289 Well that is indeed interesting as the only port that bleeds voltage is the 5.5mm DC in/out port. The USB C in/out port has no issues at all. For that matter, you don’t turn the USB C charging port on an off. I’m not an EE so don’t profess any expertise.
They lie about capacity. It uses Samsung INR18650-32E 3.2Ah cells in 4s2p configuration. 4s2p = 16.8v 6.4ah battery. So its 6.4ah and 107.5Wh. It is a cool charger though, I like the color screen. But for the price I would get the Baseus 100W 20000mAh Power Bank. 100W Power delivery output not 100Wh, but it actually has a 20Ah battery.
Recheck those numbers, if the powerbank has 4 18650s inside and each is 3.2Ah, in a 4s2p setup, then that would be: 16.8v 6.4ah, 16.8 * 6.4 = 107. I think you got the 6.4 number backwards and that's why you worte 4.6 instead.

What would happen if the red and black terminals included with the DC output were shorted?
Will it break down?
Ordered storm 2 and still waiting for it to turn up 😢

All power banks have this inherently. They have a phantom load on the battery

Price of this unit??
$199 dollars which is far to much for such a small device.
I would happily pay 200 if it had the solar charger included... nevertheless... 👌
