When I render the image, the background is black, do you know how to help me?

      Hello Stephanie,
First, are you using a VRay BRDF material?
      Because I recommend it.
Second, in the Diffuse rollout, set your Opacity's Custom Source to Diffuse Diffuse Texture Alpha.
If you need more assistance, message me on Facebook at facebook.com/ravenors.co

I'm having trouble with render output. It seems the entire render is being masked with electrical interference like color. The entire scene is masked and changing colors during the rendering process. The final scene is a random color which masked the entire render scene. Any suggestion? Note: I followed every steps you shown in this video already.

      Hello Kenneth,
This sounds like you have Color Clamping turned off and the areas with Highlight Burn are affected; does this sound close to what's happening with your render? I'm just guessing here tho :/
Can you message me on Facebook with a copy of the render output? I need to see this render output so I can help you.

I appreciated your response. I have no clue but I'll do a research on clamping, can you advise where I can turn it back on?

@@Ravenors.academy Thank youuuu so so much. I was wondering also if the settings for a glass used in a fireplace different from the one used in windows

Not really no, I mostly use VRay Glass then turn down the reflection glossiness and the refraction IOR for glass used in a fireplace and in a window.
I'll make a tutorial that explains this more and in depth :)

Absolute fantastic video. I inmediately put your lesson into practice. I placed 2 fire images behind eachother, gave the 2nd slightly less intensity. It gives a sence of depth. ( Best to auto safe every 3 min ♦)

@@Ravenors.academyThat was already my plan, just have to adjust some small things in the scene.
