Hi, you need to add a little moisture to bind the mixture together, I think it was too dry.
Add binder to avoid the pellet from crumbling.
Also that you need the die to get hot for it to produce consistent output, you can do this by repeatedly reprocessing the first output to the pelletizer untill you can see that it is uniform.
Also consider investing for a mixer it helps to get the moisture evenly distributed especially that each ingredients have different moisture level
