The way u shown how to get at it firstly looks spot on and changing it over aswell. Im off to purchase new bulb tomoz and gonna follow ur vid an change the bulb. Thanks for such an indepth clear way how to change the bulb an get at it brilliant. I will be following you from now on and any issues with my car hopefully not but will check u out for advice. P.S. i watched a few vids of others how to change the number plate bulb who all shown how to get at the bulb the they all said just pull the bulb holder out. Well after quite a while trying to pull out the holder an very sore fingers i eventualy got it out but not just by pulling it i had to turn it then pull to release the holder summet not one of them cared to mention , i just fort id mention this incase anyone else who like me is totaly clueless were cars are concerned lol. Once again thanks for a fantastic and informative video 10/10 m8 .👍👍👍👍
I might have the same issue as for the love of god I can't get the light bulb to move at all. Do you have a picture on where this retaining clip is located? As I can't look into it myself..
Hello! I have a J10 Qashqai+2 2012 1,6 DCI Manual gearbox. My problem is reverse light don't work, when the gearbox is in R position. Back camera is not switched automatically in the monitor . I checked the rear light Fuse, rear light switch on gearbox and the bulbs. All are ok. Thank you!
Thanks for watching! Hope you found this useful? Doesn’t take too long, so is a job worth doing if the lights are getting dull 👍🏻👍🏻
Excellent video
Super helpful. Thanks!

Fantastic video mate. Thank you very much for another informative & very detailed video, you’re a legend 😊👍 All the best mate 😊
Thank you - very helpful
My 2011 Qashqai also has a retaining clip on the front headlight assembly, which means that you can't get the bulb out without undoing the clip first.
