Oh, I love that meal planning tip! 14 fruit meals and 7 salads per week! I have never thought about it in this way! It really helps with shopping, planning, etc
I’ve only used ceramic knives for the past 16 years maybe it was influenced by DW lol… Whenever I’m traveling and I use metal I definitely “feel” a difference, different vibe 😅 I also only use wooden utensils because I do not like putting metal in my mouth. I know I’m a weirdo 😀 But everything does had a frequency and metal, can disrupt energetic frequencies, more than natural substances But ultimately it’s a matter of preference, I just really like ceramic knives and that’s why I use them
Yes, David Wolfe was my introduction to eating raw. I only wanted a nutribullet to make green smoothies but watched his infomercials and fell down the raW rabbit hole. I eat more like you now but grateful to him for enthusing me enough to learn more. It saved me. Xx
It’s the peak of mango season here in Southern California 🥭🥭😋Local mangoes from 1st week of September to about mid-to-late October. So grateful for that every year, as those fill in the fruity gap between melon and persimmon season☀️🌼👍
I think there is truth to the notion that metal changes the charge in fruit. I follow Josh X and he suggests using silver because it doesn't have the same effect as regular metal. For me, however, it is not something I give my attention or energy towards because it is not that important to me when it comes to my health. I too give thanks to David Wolfe because he was part of my food journey when I first started out. Do you know where and when the next Woodstock Fruit Festival will be ?
Ceramic and glass when contaminated can cause calcification that could lead too gallstones sooo kinda like a pearl on a oyster if I were y'all I would use a bone knife instead
Well, we should not use... mixer, food processor, blender... and we should not use the strainer from the juicer nor the centrifugal. They are all made with metal. At least, the parts touching the fruits/vegetables. *sarcasm* Eeeh lala... 😅 HOWEVER. I appreciate my WOOD kitchen stuff. And I did like my ceramic knive. But I did not feel any difference for real............. 😅
Sigh… is there actual science behind this whole knife theory? If there is, will it make that much difference to our health and wellbeing? I doubt it. I simply can’t major in minor things ❤ ❤❤

Wow I did not know mangos grow in Cali!!!!
Don’t fall for the ceramic knife crap! Ceramic did not exist in God’s garden of Eden! David Wolfe is likely going to push a line of ceramic knives 😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

No. We have not found a place yet to host the festival. I’m sorry 🩷

I believe cutting lettuce with metal knives makes the salad go brown sooner My mother taught me this years ago 🤷🏻♀️
I live in the UK and I remember Doug Graham saying we mostly live in warm houses so not an issue ... That part of it never a problem ...
