Man, they did not mix the audio very well in this game. There's at least a handful of times you can't hear the voices over the ridiculously loud music.
I did some checking online and found nothing. Since Malos hugged him and whispered it, it must have been of gratitude. Malos wanted to destroy the world, not many people would walk the path with him, but Jin did (pretty much all the way) and he knew this was farewell.
