I just want to tell Hikaru and his production team if you read this: This production was awesome, dont make the most BASIC mistake, dont take more than 2 months to release another epic series where Hikaru visits somewhere, consumption cycle has been proven to be quick for humans, after a certain time people "lose appetite", this is fresh and new...people forget, do NOT stop producing now, this is great content.
What's the issue? They're just pacing the content release. I haven't seen anyone else mention it.
@@EzekielDBarrett No, thats not what i meant, i am saying that they should not take to many weeks to release another one like this series, they are awesome and people appreciate them a lot. But if they take too much time to release another one leta say i dont know...*hikaru goes to russia" os something people will lose interest and forget about, affecting the number of views, the overall interest etc.
@@marcelopardo4791 Unlikely. Hikaru is a big draw online.
Hikarus facial expressions over the board are way more humble than streaming.its like he's a little devil streaming whereas OTB he looks a lot more charming and elegant
Young lady hung in there. It's great Hikaru goes out & plays people like this. Promotes the game tremendously
Those bubbles floating around the table would have killed my concentration, you the man
Guy: "She's 2600 man... just letting you know, 2600"
Hikaru: "Ha nice that's cute"
He knew it wasn’t true 😂
Not saying it would’ve changed his confidence or anything.
Man's reachs 3000 with *BONGCLOUD* in *BULLET*
🔥🔥
@@thetechconsultantelo is bs anyway. Just favors people who travel and have a mentor. Someone could have the 2600 elo ability, but never compete in tournaments
waouh, she plays like a beast !
But still Hikaru is fantastic. That moment at 11:44 was my favourite one, look at that super fast reply from him, it was as if he cut her move by making his own
I love the h4 pawn sacrifice in game 1; it was beautiful, and she defended well, but you're you. 👏🏿👏🏿 great game
2:50 black pawn goes f5 and white pawn takes it going f6. What? And right after, why black king doesn't take the white rook? I'm super confused in both situations. Is there more than one way to play chess?
The capture on f6 is called en passant, where you take a pawn moving two squares in passing. Black didn't take the rook because it'd open Hikaru's attack with something along the lines of Qh1+ Kg8 Bxg6.
@@Pikachu3005 no man The bishop was protecting the rook on light square
@@mahmed2401 it’s only guarding after black’s move, the knight blocks the bishop from guarding the rook when she has the opportunity to take it
@@Pikachu3005 its a deep move if the king takes the rook queen would check the king and then king will go inside/back at g8 and the the bishop will take the knight after that no matter what black does in next move the white queen will just checkmate the black king as it would be in open position
Yeah bro many ways to play chess
Was that a James Canty III cameo at 1:00??!! Will look to donate to Young Detroit Thinkers. . .
I love that you gave her a rematch. That was great, and you could hear how pleasantly surprised she was. That showed great sportsmanship from you.🥰❤️
What a great game. To push Hikaru like that was something to see.
Something to see? Hikaru has a time limit of 1 minute; opponent 5 minutes. Any top player with one minute would look like they are being pushed lol
I like how humble and how much enjoys the game. If I were hikaru, I would be the most cocky person ever lol
11:50
*ONLY HIKARU CAN DO THIS*
Left with only 10 second still pushing away pieces on the table 😂😂🤣
Watching Hikaru play really is a work of art...
She plays some really sharp moves, great game!
I hadn’t realized Hikaru gave her a 5-1 advantage on the clock! Still she played very well. Great games
me neither until i read your comment, how did i miss that duh, glad you mentioned it!!
I don't know if the 2600 player wanted to remain nameless, but it would be nice to give props and follow the player that put up that great battle!
They’re not a 2600
Lol… “”2600””
Sure👌😏
No way she is 2600
They shouted out her name.
Charice i think its spelt.
@@MetalGearTennoor sharice?
those are solid games glad hikaru asked for the rematch
really sucks when the clock runs out like that, and the potential was obvious.
I'm amazed how quickly GMs can pivot from one plan to another so they always have multiple ways to win. I really thought Hikaru was just going to focus on that passed pawn, I didn't see that mate on the side of the board developing at all!
She did great imo! I also dig that Pineapple Shirt Man plays real people 👍
She made it into the detroit newspaper at age 14 for her skills. That was 2019, so Charisse Woods must be like 16/17 now. Massively impressive for anybody, but especially somebody so young!!
Would love to see Charisse play against Boston's Carissa Yip.
People weren't wearing face diapers in 2019 so it was def 2020
@@alexcarson2065 She made it into the newspaper in 2019 not 2020.
A fascinating glimpse into one aspect of the chess scene in USA. A revelation for non Americans like us. Thanks in some measure for the publicity it receives to Hikaru.
Hikaru is such a good guy. No better person to have as the face of chess
magnus is acc but hikaru is 3rd no none
Its like really funny to hear them talking about their guy getting in hikarus head while hes still instantly making moves
I like Magnus but playing these park games where Hikaru is laughing with a big smile the whole time makes it just fun to watch. Not treating people like they are scrubs. Respect man.
12:23 illegal move by a 2600?? Idk about that
Can't move a king Into check
That game where hikaru was white was very clean, the game where hikaru was black was absolutely BRUTAL. Congrats to this guy for playing Hikaru down to an endgame like that and keeping his cool under such immense pressure
It’s a female
@@Infamous_V.I.P okay
@@ericm1839 I thought it was a bloke too but then I heard the name (Sharese) and everyone else’s comments are saying it’s a chick so it must be a chick.
3:21 what a position. Just wow.
Someone can explain to me why she did not take the rock?
@@p55003 If she takes rook then Qh1+ Kg8 Bxg6 and black is either getting mated or losing huge amounts of material.
At 6:28 Hikaru's time didn't even move that's a premove irl lol
Amazing play against someone that strong giving them a 5-1 time advantage.
I've never seen someone so close to beating Hikaru on time. Wow!
He starts with a minute lmao
He start with 1 minute while she got 5 minutes
She played amazingly! Hikaru is the greatest and a class act as always.
What a great player….gave Hikaru a run for his money!
Then you plug the game into an engine and realize he was totally going easy... AND played 1 minute versus 5 minutes... This video is pure click bait with the only content being "Hikaru rekts chess scrub"
@@asdafasfasfasfaaqw you would get destroyed by her though. Not sure you can call her a scrub
@@voy6r what is the definition of "scrub"?
@@jestfullgremblim8002 Similar to the word noob. It means someone who’s inexperienced and doesn’t play correctly/well.
@@voy6r ohhh i always though that it meant something different.
Chill enough to share a beer with but merciless on the board. You're the man Hikaru ( pronounced HEE-kah-roo).
0:09 he got that pot of greed smile
Dude hikaru has one minute and she has 5. I think the trash talk from the family should be a little more humble considering lol
Parabéns pela humildade Nakamura, e parabéns ao guerreiro que resistiu bem frente a um GM!
guerreira
She played extremely well... good job!
that last game was insane im a HUGE fan Hikaru ! this guy bets bilitz in the world with magnus ! very nice games
Enjoyed the game, love watching you playing all types of players
Made him look like he was standing still
She almost had him without that blunder at the end in the last game. He had 3 sec left. He was gonna mate her but if she rushed it she might have got the draw
he can mate that with 1 second on teh clcok
0:03 👀👀👀 whoa, that castle is thick 👀👀👀
getting into endgames, TO THAT LEVEL, AGAINST HIKARRUUUUUU!! + the crowd.... fk he is good.
It’s no longer a challenge of beating hikaru, it’s how low can you get his clock LOL. 11 seconds is respectable ✊
