    Going that deep against Hikaru really says something about these players. Knowing 100s of thousands of people will be watching is one thing, but the adrenaline from facing Hikaru combined with that would make most people crumble. Cheers to all who have played so well!

    • @barbaraGobert31
      @barbaraGobert31 Год назад

      I would say that you DON'T know really how the rest of the country views Detroit. I'm 43 years old,lived in America my entire life and im from the state of Louisiana ( cajun country to he exact,a region called "Acadiana") I do not view Detroit as a place like Chicago ( a crime ridden cesspool) or like LA ( do I really need to put examples) or even New York ( who can't provide its own basic services and has the same problems the ithervtwo cities had) to me I see Detroit as a place that made America great for many decades! Henry Ford dude...I see Detroit as a place that the government of our country first sold out to the Japanese (as a matter of survival) and then to the Chinese and Mexicans ( as a matter of traitorous greed and evil liberal schemes) then after they had sold out Detroit and its people out to Japan the CIA introduced crack cocaine right at the time joblessness was hitting the city at record levels 🙄 the crack epidemic was allowed to get as bad in Detroit than anywhere else in the globe. The final nail in the coffin came via "President" (read : COMRADE) Clinton with nafta and sending all the manufacturing jobs to first Mexico then China. The city has been so cheated and betrayed by American politicians that evdn those whi would help restore mostly just look on in horror and dejection. Detroit was the crown jewel in America's empire and as such was always a target for foreign powers to weird influence and weaken our nation. Detroit is a PROUD CITY to me that did many things ,they defeated the nazis,freed holocaust survivors,were the engine that drove American prosperity, helped keep the cold war COLD ! Created industry world wide that lifted tens of millions out of poverty.Relax Fren. Detroit is not Chicago,it's not LA or New York. That being said with all that's gone wrong in Detroit and for Detroit over that last 30 years you HAVE to respect those 1 million or so hard core folks that never gave up and hung on still to this day pushing fir restoration and rebirth fir the city. If I would compare Detroit to anywhere any other city it would be something like the city if Rhodes. Once the engine that helped power the seafaring world and a great center of commerce that simply changed hands to many times,just like Detroit has.

    • @barbaraGobert31
      @barbaraGobert31 Год назад

      You know all that talk trump directed at coal miners he never even tried to fulfill would have been better served on Detroit and America's manufacturing sector. If you want to make America great again a large part of that would be making the THINGS America makes great again. Quality and craftsmanship are lost. That along with faith in God. I wonder which was lost first? The faith in God or the skill of our craftsmen inventors and engineers?
