A big favourite of mine back in the day....such a soulful voice ....I think nostalgia is big now because everyone remembers "the good times" ....such a stark contrast with the way things are now....
Singer Paul Young speaks to GB News' Eamonn Holmes and Isabel Webster 0616am 7.7.22 every time you go away you take a piece of meat with you...... excellent classics. yeah... as for this kiddie making the ladies swoon - ahaha... excellent. i think he's well planted on the ground to take that in his stride. as the country crumbles the old lags keep returning... anyhow.. toast a little bit of toast still resonates with me.
40 years ago I see him in concert ( the first one without my parents ) a friend of mine invited me and this is not the kind of music I listen but I go cause I don't want to be rude . I never regret this man was unbelievable he make sing 10 000 french people in English ! One of the best show I see and I see a lot ! Love from France
looks amazing, he has found his genre and not controlled by the commercial industry (I hope) it happens "them" all, they appear on the scene fresh, original and unique THEN some creep commercialises "them" and takes ownership of them and their material disgusting really stay real Paul 👍🏼sorry for the loss of your late wife 🕯
'Does nostalgia sell' Maybe Eamonn was actually getting at something more there because if you've heard how dire Paul Young sounds today, i swear you'd only buy a ticket to one of his shows out of nostalgia!
@@petedotnu There are a lot of comments on the various channels about Paul's voice being shot to piece. After watching a few of his performances on youtube, I am going to be giving it a miss.. thanks for the warning, though

I had the pleasure of talking to Paul briefly a few years ago.
Very polite and down to earth guy.
You cannot beat the classics.

Great human being and singer.
Paul Young = True Legend 👍 👍
Great singer. Not seen him in donks.Brings back memories.
I was lucky to meet Paul on a video shoot and he is a really nice guy. Very tall too!
I saw him play in a pub in Addlestone a number of years ago. Completely different music to what most will remember him for. Folk music.
I remember him in the 80's and he was a favourite of mine. Great singer and wish i could turn back time.
Met him at a party when he was in the Q Tips.....lovely fella who's had terrible throat problems over the years.

Can remember going to a Genesis concert in the late '80's and Paul was the support. Gave an amazing show and a great live voice.

His songs always bring me back to my amazing childhood and listening to music with my brother and sister as we played games on the 48k spectrum :)
What a legendary memory 😌
Same period, I was listening to Kylie Minogue and Micheal Jackson, while playing my rubber keyed spectrum 👍🏻
@@gdfggggg those were the days
I’d lay my hat in his home!😆😁😍
It's wonderful to see the lovely Paul Young again.
Good bloke and looking good
Seen him in concert and he used to go into my local B & Q in whetstone North London , always had a smile on his face !

Fabulous guy listening to his new album now in Spain.
Multi talented guy - he also plays the part of a chef on Coronation street.
Lovely interview with Eamonn. I still have "Wherever I lay my hat" on my MP3. Hoping to see Paul perform at the Palace theatre in Watford next March
I saw him at a show earlier in the week. I warn you, his singing voice is not what it used to be.

I use to be quite harsh on Paul but he's alright. Throat problems must be a right pain.
Nice to see you Eamonn

His voice is completely shot
He has grown into his face.
Did someone mention toast?
Nice to see he finally got his guitar back, after that scumbag fake italian chef stole it.
isabel seems smitten in more ways than one ha ha
I seriously thought He had passed away ???
No,,it was an other PAUL YOUNG who died.😉
Paul Young of Mike And The Mechanics died. This PY is still very much alive and has a great new album out (“Behind The Lens”).
Hope he's lip-syncing on this tour. His voice was shot years ago and I doubt it's improved with age. Just search on RUclips.... 😱
What an absolute LEDGE.
Horrendous performances
A little bit of Toast 😉
Paul Young is not looking so young anymore.
Does anyone look the same forty years on.
I almost didn't recognize him; looks like he was a heavy drinker.
@@FourSeasons04 His wife died in 2018 so that will have had an effect on him, no doubt.
He’s 66 years old Fgs
On ne le reconnaît plus 😯
Eamon Holmes is terrible. Why not go for a younger presenter. Unwatchable.
He loves a beer
Paul old
Really rubbish music
