I have a Toyota Prius 2012 I recently replaced the hybrid battery (not a the dealer) and I have a permanent code P0A80… however I’ve driven more than 1300 miles and have nearly 50 warm up cycles and the code is still there.. my only hope is that the DMV Referee program can help me to pass my car since the car has no problems and drives very good after the battery was fixed! What a nightmare
Where in California are you located? I'm having the exact same issue with my prius v and I'm in San Diego. If the smog place you went is close by I'd prefer to go someplace who's delt with this.
Hi Dustin, did you just recently replace your hybrid battery and was your trouble code just recently erased...if you did, you will need to complete the 15/200 cycle. The BAR has the complete info and smog test centers should know this(print a copy and bring with you). It also helps to have a scan tool that displays warm up cycles. I am a ways from San Diego...Banning CA. Your local shops should be able to help you...just be informed and bring documents so they wont try to pull a fast one on you. Good luck and take care buddy!

@@coinhound8482 Can you re-explain this process? I also have a 2011 Prius with that same code that won't go away.
