I hope The Bazaar goes on to be a big success, I no longer play these games but followed the players a lot including Reynad and followed the development of this game so now it's finally here it's great to see the pros enjoy it and play something a little different.
If you have the free time I recommend trying it. Same as you hadn't played a card game in forever but kept this in the back of my mind as I was a big Reynad fan back in the day. I've been having a blast, even though I'm admittedly not very good. It's fun just learning new combos and seeing what other people make.
Because Kripp plays fast, it would be so much better for the viewer if these edited videos had a pop up of the card’s effects when he buys important stuff
Dooley is certainly a challange, but I also got a 10 win perfect by creating the most unkillable build. Insane shield stacking+insanely fast haste procs meaning insanely fast healing allowed me to out-tank every hard NPC fight... except Void Golem.
I think Octopus could have been pretty funny in the build on the left because it charges the Core 8 seconds. Unfortunately it has a quite high initial cooldown
That's my main issue with most legendaries, they have super high cooldowns, I think octopus is one of the fastest, and it's 8s. Yes it's broken but it's also too slow in most cases for when you get it. You need a strong build to have a chance to get it, so when you get it it's probably worse than what you have.
@@satibel Also most weapons need to charge their damage by sitting in your inventory and scaling up permanent damage from skills. If you get a weapon late, even if its godly, its almost certainly more garbage than what you have in your inventory. When I get it on vanessa, I have to choose - do I want this x8 octopus on 8 second cooldown, 65 damage per hit, or do I want this x2 shotgun, 6 ammo, 480 damage a hit, 2.2 sec cd. Its not a close question. Octopus is only better if you're using garbage weapons and even then its not really a very good upgrade until you've held it for several days and built up a bunch of permanent damage on it.
My only "issue" with Dooley is that I wish we had option for all the cores on the start, or that they were balanced a bit more. Guess balance will happen soon enough tho :)
Bill Dozer and Robotics factory are still pretty strong for dudes. Companion core has so many win cons. I've won games with companion core without using any large item at all.

nah man my tip for you is not relying on the core at all unless you get good core with good upgrades. Burn and weapon core are such garbage that I generally stop using them by day 3-4 and just homebrew my build instead. Armor core can be good if you get good core upgrades, but if you don't I'll frequently swap that out too.
I got a funny dooley build today. I got a skill that shields on haste and an item that hastes on shield, then I got fire enchanted first aiden, alongside some burn skills. I was infinitely stacking burn and scaling the damage on a weapon as well. And then I accidentally enchanted first aiden with a different enchant and lost tye next combat.
Can someone explain how burn works? Poison is relatively simple, even the part about being cleansed by healing, but I am struggling to understand how burn is different.
Burn does ticks twice per second but shield splits the damage unlike poison that ignores shields completely and burn loses 1 total every second going from like 99 98 97 etc...
Both deal damage every time they tick. 1.Burn ticks every 0.5 seconds compared to poison which ticks every 1.0 seconds. 2. Burn decreases by 1 every time it ticks compared to poison which does not decay. 3. Burn damage is reduced by half if they have shields compared to poison which ignores shields. I think that's all the differences. Basically you have to apply burn more often &/or scale it higher than poison to be as effective, but it does work faster for burning enemies down early.
Why didn't he use the Octopus?!?! Multicast 8, to trigger the core charge 8 times, plus trigger the wire 8 times. He kept Chris knife and sauntering torch over octopus!
I think the tent city mayor skill (was 3 damage per sale of small item to a random weapon but post nerf 2) should have influenced play a bit more, like the gum event if you spent 10 gold gives +30 damage plus the effect of 10 gums or the chocolate one gives additional 15 damage on top of the life. It got nerfed to 2 damage per sale now though but that still a bit.
Been watching your stream a ton which i never watch streamers, although been watching your content for about a decade now lol. Bg is stale for me since this game came out, will go back probably after next patch but this is so fresh keep the vids coming please :)
dooley is my favorite character right now until they release stelle best core imo are 1st friend core and the core are equal then crit core (because its a worst the core) then shield core and weapon core last (i lied combat core is goated). i wish they add a core focused on rays that would be cool
Atm feels like Vanessa is just so easy to play and be consistent with. Just play many crit weapons or poison haste. Then there's broken piggy, having minimum x2 hp (Won like 4 early matches with me having an absolute sh*t board just because I had like 4x their hp) of any character at any point in the game whilst being able to buy whatever he wants. And then there's dooley, extremely complicated many synergies which need different items. most items have less value without the synergies. yeah it's just rough and not really worth it..

Atomic Clock is my favorite Dooley item in the game, but right now it appears bugged with Chronobarrier. I like the idea of a cooldown control build.

with the right setup a level 7 character can take on a level 12 npc? sick! I kept thinking you can never take on a higher level enemy, period.
The amount of builds are crazy. I fight tons of different builds and since the nerfs the game got better.
I had Atomic Clock triggering the combat core like crazy, and I even added ammo to it.

I got the atomic clock from Pearl on Vanessa with a diamond Port and some max ammo passives it was great.

yes. this was the old patch. u get items not skills now. (skills was deemed too p since his skills are op af specifically his tool skills)
