My favorite program offered by 1916 Company, among with "watches tonight". It's always deep enough to learn a lot but not too geeky so it stays entertaining, keep on the good work
Great review of the two brands guys! Lots of eye candy too! Thanks Tim too for the mention of the Patrova ScubaTec. I have the two tone gold Bezel with blue face. I love that watch. It's good to understand better the brand!
Splendid Episode - In my eyes, the jules audemars caseshape is simply beautiful and elaborate, I never understood why people do not love it more. The 25859 ST Chronograph with black dial is especially nice, the black dial against the white hands just pops and contrasts nicely the conservative caseshape
I never understood the “monocollector” philosophy. Passing on an incredible watch because the brand’s “design language” isn’t consistent across model lines is silly. Buying for the brand name lives right next to the “watches as an investment” belief that has mostly ruined watch collecting.
Great show. AP is (was?) so much more than The Royal Oak so thanks for reminding people. Two questions, what’s the reference in the thumbnail(?) and what do you think of the Metropolis (25919 I think)? Bucherer’s strong suit are three handers (IMHO), plus John Wick wears a one. All the best, Ed
AP made some really exceptional pieces in the past, its kinda sad, that they rely on the RO so heavily these days. But apparently it makes them a lot of money. Thierry Stern was probably right, they've run out of ideas.
Great job Seth Your a natural you need to keep doing these great content good for business honestly should be everybody’s best policy Neil Essential Watches
Tim, your engaging insights into the brand's history and craftsmanship make it a standout gem for luxury watch fans.

My favorite is Huitiéme chronograph, especially two tone tantalum/rose gold. So glad you mentioned it

😢 maybe but I’m hopeful the new CEO can turn it around. Less hype, more depth.

AP need to make a double starwheel. Time only on one side and calendar on the reverse. Limited editions, total winner
Star wheel movement in a royal oak case with some backlit technology

CFB has a personality disorder. they need to buy back the garbage from the market, n repurpose for MUCH better made stuff.
