You know it's a good tutorial when you have to watch it multiple times. Excellent!

this video is so intense, I'll likely have to watch several times but really appreciate you making it as I know this is extremely valuable information. Can't wait to apply this on a future project.

Really well explained! It all makes total sense. I’m curious why you’re not using a scalar ramp instead? Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for this video. Great explanation. Really nice technique.
I am having troubles though getting the "ratio Color" to show different value when emitting objects as render instances. Is that not possible? Thanks a lot

I am trying to offset the texture for a railing. I have an object cloner with a spline connected as the reference object and cylinders as vertical posts. But when I use the mograph index ratio for offset they all turn the same color in render instance. I can make it work with other types of cloners, but not with an object one. Is there a similar solution for an object cloner?

Mmh... for me at least cloner in object mode works totally fine.
Are you sure you are using the correct instancing mode?
      It doesn't work with multi-instances.

I just dont understand how yo know so much?? is it so easy to understand ? Or do you actually read a manual or did you have some learning courses?

Yeah, reading the manual always helps and just doing tons of experiments :D
