Well Eddie it's nice to hear all the details. Tell you what, not sure how many ride your proformer, and similar setup but you know there's a lot of guys who want to be able to do sideglides from elbow glides, like perry mervar did and that minimal and perfect grip/seat gap is essential for that trick too. Seems like the side glide is what from maybe '88 or '89 '90 for sure. And I think Dennis McCoy and others did it a lot too, you know how the people doing certain moves stick out in your mind, so it's Perry Mervar for me. RL Osborn might have done it too I just can't recall. So there's 2 tricks for you with that setup! BTW, I love the moonwalk trick you do. And the boomerang, heck. I still flail over to the pegs on mine. But to pedal always looks the best by far.
I love all this information about bmx in the past. I have an older mongoose loop tail and I'm looking to get it repaired. It has some pitting and an aftermarket crank and pedals. I want to make it all original.
I have a candy red FormerPr0. love it. its rad. i built it up similar to my candy red world tour I got from Jay at RockvilleBmx back in the day. it makes me happy every time I look at it. even more so when I ride it. Thanks for makin the memories real again Eddie!
Why didn't you use the same EF top tube concept of feel like a 20", but really a 21 on the Supercross EF frame? 🤔 Also, will there be any difference with the next frame? 👀 We need some Bike checks with you and your shop mates Eddie 👍
Is there a rough estimate as to when the new Formerpro frame and forks might be available? I want one and will buy one but may channel my cash else where in the next few months depending on your release date.
