I tried and it was awesome in one shot only....loved it....just wanted to know if I want to back more than one tray of ladi pav....can we keep the daugh till the time first batch got over ?
Smita Thorat it would be delight if u can help me in clearing doubt..she use almost 1 cup water in total na..like 200 ml ..half for activating yeast nnhalf for kneading...
I tried these paavs today and they turned out to be so perfect. Can't believe the ones I made aren't store brought. Thanks a lot Benazirji for this amazing recipe!

Can i just use Curd if I dont hv Dry Yeast? How much should i put? Also its not clear abt the Oven heat and time? in Convection mode or Microwave mode?

I tried it...and it turned out amazing 😍...They aur so soft and fluffy....Bt i used Fresh Yeast ...and the results were amazing 😍🤩
