- A good bike fit will attempt to create symmetry for a cyclist while on their bike. The bike is a symmetrical tool, but the body has a lot of asymmetries big and small. In this week's case studies, we look at the cyclists pelvis (what is plural for pelvis? pelvises? pelves?) from a posterior view, and discuss common asymmetrical patterns.

I am having issues with knee popping only when going downstairs and riding. Sometimes locking when going downstairs. Also having sitbone pains. The knee cap tracking popping is what worries me. Any suggestions? Can the hips be the cause of all of this pain?
good content
