hey y’all just wanna make sure you know this isn’t necessarily the only way to get this result in the muscles but it’s also a way to seriously damage ur facial structure. not only if you arent chewing it equally on both sides, but also if you’ve had issues with facial nerves or jaw pain in the past this is NOT something you should be doing at all. i’ve had Bell’s Palsy twice which in short is the swelling of your cranial nerve in your jaw that causes a whole side of your face to become paralyzed for like 2-6 months for literally no specific reason. i was strongly advised by doctors to no longer chew gum for more than 20 minutes at a time to prevent from irritating the nerve. if you have issues with facial paralysis or nerve damage or just random jaw pain in general this probably isn’t a good idea. i mean if you really want you can ask your doctor or at least ask a doctor how you can build up muscle there, but otherwise 🤷🏼♀️

Distributing the gum chewing evenly throughout the day may lessen potential side effects rather than chewing the entire pack over a short period of time.
3. "Gum base": nearly all gum (produced post WWII) is made from a synthetic "gum base", i.e. a plastic polymer / petroleum product. Consider opting for a gum made from natural chicle instead if you plan to chew it in large quantities, unless you'd like to experiment with the consequences of regularly ingesting significant quantities of plastic. [I've tried Glee Gum's sugar free (xylitol sweetened gum, which you can buy in bulk), which becomes fairly hard. Pieces are small, so I typically chew 2-3 at a time. Only major downside is the flavor fades quite quickly, especially compared to gums like Extra.]
I know you may not be acquainted with this but recently my jawline has started rarely clicking/popping. No pain, no locking, just the clicking and popping itself, I’ve been quite literally chewing 5-10 sticks a day for 2 months now, do you think by not chewing gum anymore this can go away?

@@CHOKSTARmusic There is ZERO an orthodontist can do about TMJ except shave the bone and it leads to more problems down the line I know cause I have it. Sometimes my entire jaw pops out of joint and I have to snap it back in. There are trays you can use at night if you grind your teeth, I don't grind but chewing is difficult sometimes. I do chew gum as well.
Xylitol IS NOT what you want in your body it can literally KILL dogs. Aspartame, saccharine are all garbage and cause health issues. It is pretty awful. Real sugared gum is ideal. "Bubble Yum" and "Dubble Bubble" are ideal especially becuase they are harder gums to chew they do run out of sugar fast however. They also don't have toxic artificial sweeteners.

Trident, Trident, Trident! I had no jawline about 4 years ago; chewed almost a pack a day for 3 months while doing cardio to lose weight. I knew it made the jawline because a few year earlier I had got to the same body fat % and didn't have a j line. Amazing stuff. Jaw was round and puffy even though I was lean. It's awesome.
