Whoa! That's a shredded clutch!!
This video is great. Unfortunately about 3 weeks late for me as I just wrestled my J160 out for the 1st time! After failing to do it in the car I ended up dropping the whole engine and subframe. Your subframe bolt loosening tip would have done the trick and saved me a couple hours. haha.

omg the gorilla tape idea is genius :D
the last time i've had to pull the transmission out, i did the same method with drooping the subframe with bolts still on... the only prob was there was so much tilt the rear head of the car would hit the firewall. just be careful not to kink any brake or clutch lines on the firewall.

I have this engine mounted in the middle of our adjustable mounts so it sits a bit forward. If others have the engine mounted back more, I would recommend sliding it forward before lowering the subframe.

I like exedy oem replacement clutches a lot. I personally don’t like a stiff clutch pedal, and because the Corolla is much lighter than the altezza, the stock clutch is plenty strong for normal and Performance driving.

I’d recommended taking it a bit easy. Probably fine for daily use, but clearly can’t hold up to harder driving.

What flywheel is that and does it vibrate because I bought are ebay flywheel and it vibrate

How do you know it’s the flywheel causing the vibration? Most driveline vibration is cause by the driveshaft.
