However, people should be aware of his affiliations and relationships with these companies when they make purchasing decisions based off of his reviews.

well to be fair, he tests alot of quality stuff, but I would not be at all suprised if companies cherry picked guns for him without his knowledge. I like sootch but I go nutnfancy for reviews since I can tune out his digressions.

Of the TSA- It is just as bad in any country, after bush jr... Before him, I could go on a plane with what I had on me exept firearms. Past bush jr, I could not pass an airport with my boots. A few years ago I went through a screening in an airport, and had my fingers in my pockets, The local TSA shouted to me to back up and show my hands in a very serious way. I told her that I was not a muslim terrorist, she was not receptive to my comeback.

I am working on a Larry Vickers history video from his biggening to now. A genius of a man. I just need a HK 416, he developed that rifle plus the HK45!
For the 5.56 v .308 question, similar to the big knives vs small knife debate. A big knife can do everything a small knife can do but maybe not as well, but a small knife cannot do all the things a big knife can do.

I’d like Larry’s take on the LMT MARS MRP. I’m a big BCM guy but I’ve really fallen in love with the LMT MARS ambi controls. Plus I like being able to swap barrels, DI and Piston operation.
S&W 329 PD 44mag is a handful with full house magnums. Probably worse than a 500 S&W.

Great triad. Really are my 3 favorite gun you tubers. I’ve been reading stuff by and about Mr. Vickers for the last twenty years in the firearms magazines. His books are the “authority”.
Have watched many CF vids, and Clint is my favorite from there. I like his easy, non-confrontational and sincere demeanor. He’s willing and able to change his mind on things, and he’s funny while doing it. The way he goes back n forth with FN SCAR’s is one example (I love the SCAR, I own the 16, 17, and 20 NRCH models).
I also really like Sootch. He’s like sitting down with an old friend over a glass of tea and discussing whatever subject gun. I DO like his reviews and his opinions on favorites.
Really a treat to see all three in a room giving candid opinions, and seeing the respect and good manners of all three of them as they interact.

Two EDC items that I actually use many times every day are my Surefire Talon light on my key ring and my Leatherman Wave multi-tool. I love firearms, but hope I will never, ever need to use my EDC pistol. But it's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it.
