1) Bravo! Your use of split screens was really appropriate, a nicely useful touch. As a former Exec owner (2007 & 2008) for a total of 11 years, I never did this myself, but if I still had one I might be tempted to remove a wheel, just to take it to a shop for a tire change (I don't have any of that equipment). 2) As I recall, the ABS ring on the rear wheel was just out in the breeze, no carrier, subject to easy bending out of shape if you looked at it wrong. I didn't see it in your video -- did you remove it first? 3) The inside of that plastic final drive cover, and the corresponding metal on the scoot, look really gross. Not that you see either of those when the cover's on, but have you thought about cleaning up that stuff?
Thanks! I'm surprised how easy to remove wheel compare to 400 version. Ahh I didn't know there is ABS on rear wheel, I thought only on front? This one is standard... not Exec like you had.. I never worked on Exec model before.. Yeah it looks nasty behind the plastic cover, I cleaned it up after filmed all maintenance. The previous owner didn't wash or take care of it well on north shore somewhere in Kahului with a lot of ocean spray, it was bad, I took rear and front sub frames off to clean up and painted fresh black. :)
@@MitchsScooterStuff I’m gonna check to see if I see movement before it stop moving I change the fluid for a 3 cases and I notice after it ran kinda rough and then on highway I lost power to the rear wheel

You make the best mechanical video's. This is better than a service manual. Great job.
Thanks! 👍 I hate reading manuals.. love watching videos to learn something :)
New to the Burgman world. Great video! Easy to follow.

@@MitchsScooterStuff: Thanks for the reply -- good answers. Keep up the good work.
Mitch, is there no need to balance rear tire?
Hey, yes need to balance the rear tire… I use dyna beads… seen in my tire change tutorial video 👍🏼
@@MitchsScooterStuff 2 oz good it says...right amount?
throw 2 oz in there yamaha shop wants 120.00 IF I bring tire in! My guy here done it for 18 bucks plus $10 for the beads
is this the same on early and late models, do you know?
I am not too sure, probably same
