- We're doing a timed challenge on the classic 1998 Colin McRae Rally from Codemasters on the Playstation 1, as part of the timed challenges set by @steve36207 . I'll tell you a little about what I thought of the game and whether it's worth revisiting - come check out how well i do!

Yeah absolutely - love taking part in these. Definitely don’t expect to win… and that takes the pressure off for me! Cheers mate! (Name is Andi for future reference :) ). Do let me know if the RPi vid makes sense..... I'm keen for it to be "followable" by anyone coming to it the first time. They are great fun to tinker with, never the same as the "real thing", but convenient having it under the TV to fire up games without too much effort. I particularly like having it on the Picade out on the bar in the garden. Beer and Outrun - what's not to like? Thanks for sharing the vid! Looking forward to another challenge if you're planning it!

Managed to clear the championship mode the other day. It's hard and McRae is a cheating scumbag, but I got him.
Hah nice - it certainly is a tricksy game for sure. I can definitely see me getting properly hooked with the right amount of time. I’ve just had Milli Miglia turn up for this months challenge - so I
must move on!!
