Oh these can get very large. Much, much larger than this example. They can even produce milk when patients are breast feeding as sometimes there is a nipple over the area as well. It is a pretty common problem.

I have this same tissue. I had it lipo some years ago and it grew right back.

It's breast tissue. You can't lipo breast tissue--it doesn't remove it.
