When I booked him in July 2020 he was $6500 for BBL/lipo 360. I heard the other doctors at 305 are cheaper. I booked an air bnb. I have my mom staying with me after surgery.

So I watch Botched right, I always thought Dr Terry and Dr Paul where the only great surgeons but this Dr seems to know his business and he shows passion and imagine being so busy yet having time to do this. Can I get a pro bono consultation one day when you dont mind. But then I will need to fly in to America. Gosh Africa is far and I am shaped like a boy at 32 with all my protein intake and gym , still it's a fail. 🙈
How did that happen? Being African where the booty originated from that is super sad my friend. No European features to take away that hump in the back. All pure African. Wow!

I have been wanting to get a BBL for over 15years before many people even knew of it and it wasn't as many surgeon's doing them here in the USA Your videos are amazing and informative and has given me the push I needed. I'm top heavy with big boobs and no booty but I plan on changing that real soon cause I'm not getting any younger lol

Very informative but it goes to show you a small factor as to why a lot of women cis and trans turn to the dangers of silicone injections. I can't imagine spending all that money to not get the results I sought after. normally plastic surgery helps improve what you don't have but with bbl's Im starting to see its works best for people who are just enhancing what they already have.
This is why most do 2 rounds
They say the first round is to make the body (booty and hips) more athletically pleasing to the eye, not so much bigger, less dimples, more roundness and more “shape” a second round would be where most people get the “big butt look” after the butt had first been made more “pretty looking” second round is more for the size.... if that makes sense. If someone is really going for the big booty look in the end
Also it’s this doctors style or bbl some don’t care and will put on whatever you ask. That’s why I’m going with this doctor, Dr. William because he gives you what looks good.
Wow I wish I went to you for my BBL. The Dr that did mine didn’t explain any of this and he promised me a vixen look when he knew he couldn’t give me that because I was on the smaller side🤦🏽♀️
See and I'm on the smaller side too and I am going to sign on with Doctor Williams but I'm scared that it won't make much of a difference
I have a bbl scheduled on the west coast... when you said you need fat, it resonated with me because im very petite, and when i asked what results might i expect. They only told me is " your gonna look snatched." ...Oh goodness. I can see the difference in professionalism here smh.

Really wish I could have afforded to travel to Miami for him to do my surgery! Couldn't afford the travel expenses on top of surgery and wish I had him! He's a great artist! I feel like they barely put any fat on me.

@@Jennaaa63 I have to get a revision done. My first bbl was botched. My doctor did bad fat placement. I was left with a horrible shape, saggy butt, dents everywhere and uneven hips. I will have to get a second round to fix it.

Omg I’ve been researching and wondering if being a hurdler in college is the reason I have hip dips! Then trying to work out side glutes to help! I feel better now. I was worried about losing my new hips because I have straight CLAY lol but the example you showed looked amazing. Round, youthful, perky, athletic. My butt looks like hers. I won't be sad about hip loss if my booty stays like this.

This video is very informative. Will this increase the chances of a fat embolism if someone preferred more hip because they have more soil?
Risk of fat embolism increases when fat is injected under the muscle. Superficial fat grafting is safer.

Wow thank you this was very informative and I plan to get a 360 BBL with Hips and now I know I have the athletic body and may not get the look I want I want full Hips that will blend into my extremely skinny legs I have no Hips a very square shape

Hi doc 👋. Can you talk about the inverted v shape as well. For people who are not athletic but there is no fat on hip and a really small butt like inverted v shape does that mean inverted v shapes will have the same result as a track star with this body type?
Yes unfortunately. Basically what he’s saying is if you don’t have natural fat deposits on the hip area to begin with.....fat will not stay and will disappear eventually.

Basically hes saying fat survival (not including following the correct aftercare) is depending on how much fat you have in the area you want it. Hips are known to decrease as not much fat beforehand. picture it like your fat thats grafted attaches to the fat you already have there so higher survival rate. Once the fat has settled you can work out etc as usual to maintain overall body as the new fat is now where your body will naturally deposit fat. hes basically saying th naturally fatter you are the higher retention rate. (i did a lot of research on this for my own- which i didnt end up getting) i hope that helps x

Well as a plastic surgeon you develop an appreciation for the human body in general and see beauty in places you may not expect--but I can tell you in all sincerity that I am in awe of the body on a daily basis. Even as I look at my own hands getting older and looking different then I "remember" them I think wow---how amazing to think they have been functioning for 55 years. And they continue to work and function after all of the surgeries over all of the years. Not too many things that work as well as they do after so many years.
