- Recently Dan Edwards revealed his arcane knowledge of yet another hidden and secret recording of Brushy Bill, this one taking place after the governor's meeting, which will shed more light on the truth.
If Dan Edwards is interested in truth and history, why did he not present all the evidence for his claims at the time he discovered it? Why does he hand out bits and pieces of his secret vaults piecemeal, as if history were a game of chess and not a pursuit of truth? Why not present all the known evidence of a claim at the outset?
In Dan's conspiracy-laden world, no doubt his reasons are related to one-upping the elite Ring intent on refuting his claims. But whatever his motives, it's not good custodianship of anyone's history, be it Brushy or Billy.

Josh, you must have so much experience with people lying to your face because you're so calm when addressing it. When people lie to me I have this defense mechanism that kicks in and completely tunes them out. Sounds great on paper but in reality I usually miss half the conversation.

Josh, my friend you did a great presentation, but I just can't join you in your belief. Forget about Dan there are many highly respected researchers that believe the Brushy story and they state many of the same facts plus. With all respect, Your friend Brushy Dave -- LOL
We are all entitled to our own opinions my friend and I respect yours. I would challenge you to name a “highly respected” historian that supports Brushy story. Plus, Dan is making claims that no other authors have ever made.

@davidhall1840 you're conflating two different positions. Just because Pat Garret lied, that doesn't mean that Brushy bill was telling the truth 🤷. Those two notions aren't mutually exclusive. As far as I can tell most respected historians DON'T necessarily believe Garrets account of events anyway.
