    📜 Ingredients for 2 servings:
    60g (2.1 oz) butter
    60g (2.1 oz) dark chocolate
    60g (2.1 oz) sugar
    10ml (0.33 fl oz) cream
    2 eggs
    1 tbsp white flour
    butter and flour for smearing
    powdered sugar
    In a small bowl, mix butter with cream and dark chocolate. Let it melt either by heating up the bowl or by putting it into the oven for a few minutes.
    In another bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar. Mix everything together and add 1tbsp white flour.
    Smear glass forms or ramekins with butter and dust with flour - there must be no spot that isn't covered with flour, otherwise the batter would stick.
    Pour in the batter into the forms.
    Preheat the oven to 180°C/360°F and bake it for 17-20 minutes. Turn out onto hot plates immediately, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
    The chocolate should still be liquid in the middle.
