    Thank you for that very useful info, I understand beetroot helps to lower blood pressure. It's the old saying, less is best.

    I think it is very very healthy but it must be consumed in moderation, perhaps the excess of beet thickens the blood and also causes excess iron in the blood, but I am not sure. Peaphs must be mixed with orange juice by the oxalates

    Bad advice lady it’s going to damage bc it’s high in oxalic acid
