I just dined at this place last week and it’s not worth the $85 per person price! You are given a a mandatory series of steak which consisted of various A5 Round Steak. Most of the different cuts was tough!! I’m not kidding! After you’re done with the mandatory servings, you’re full or lost your appetite! We also tried the Akihabara AYCE Meat Shop Yokocho and cost half the price and this was worth it! In fair balance, this place also gives your a mandatory starter of meats that you must try. but, their choice of meats were smaller and was much more tender! You are then allowed to go to a butcher window where you can select from a number of A5 meat choices. Really good! Again, half the price then Ginza Steak!
I ordered the value lunch course for $49.58USD/6,380 yen. I assume you ordered a different, more expensive course. I ate a lot of steak and was very satisfied. I think the course I chose is a good value for money.
Thanks for this info really looking for this comment right now was thinking which place is better to go. Because of this commnt finally realize which place to go thank you so much again❤
I agree completely, not sure if it's because the meat is inconsistent, but I didn't not like the meat as well, they were too tough for 'a5 wagyu' I would recommend rokkasen over ginza steak
From other video of this place you really don't get much of the ayce part. You follow a course menu and by the time you get to the ayce part most people said you have time to order maybe 2 round before time is up.
The preparation and and presentation of all the dishes was superb. I honestly think I was most surprised at the burger patty - it looked nearly well done but was so juicy. $50 for all you can eat A5-grade wagyu with an Al, you can drink option for about another $20? This is incredible! 🤤
Thanks again for watching and commenting.🥰 I was very impressed with the burger patties, which were made with the delicious flavor of Wagyu beef! I'm sure it would be even more enjoyable if served with alcohol. As you said, the presentation and preparation of the food was excellent. The wagyu beef was so delicious that I ate too much.😓 I think this is a very precious restaurant. I would like to try a different course menu next time.😋
First timer and I enjoyed your video. The food looked delicious. Only thing, with a steak burger of that high. a quality, I'm surprised it was cooked to well done.
Nice! All other videos mostly showcases sirloin, tenderloin, ribeye, and shoulder blade. Was wondering where the other cuts went 🤣 those cuts you showed are usually chewy but full of flavors. Personally, I really like em! It's great that they can be cooked as steaks, the ones in my country are mediocre quality (very chewy) that they only fit for stew dishes.
Usually, lean meat is used more for stews than steaks. But as you can see, the red meat of Kuroge Wagyu is moderately marbled, tender, and really tasty as a steak. Some of Wagyu sirloin have a considerably high fat content, which some people dislike from a health standpoint.

I read the one comment of the 85.00 price, but I would still try it for lunch and 50.00 isn’t too bad for wagyu meat even if it’s not the prime choice ones!!
As you said, I think the lunch menu is the best value. The meat is delicious! It's definitely not a bad choice. The higher priced courses have marbled meat with a lot of fat and you won't be able to eat a lot of it.
I have only been to Butcher AYCE Meat Shop in Shibuya. I think steak and yakiniku are different, though. Both restaurants have the best meat. I would bother to say that I prefer the one in AYCE Meat Shop because I can eat at my own pace. By the way, Akihabara seems to have a 90-minute time limit, while Shibuya has a 120-minute limit. I think the 30-minute difference is significant.
I would recommend the A5 Wagyu beef yakiniku BBQ, they have all parts of A5 Wagyu beef meat and the Seared Sirloin and Wagyu beef extra top rib are great values. There is also a wide variety of drinks, all you can drink, and you can enjoy them at your own pace. But for those who prefer steak to yakiniku, Ginza Steak is also a good choice, where you can enjoy the taste of A5 Wagyu beef.
Thank you for watching and commenting. All parts of the steak were very tasty, if I had to pick the best, it would be the eye of round. It has a slightly sweet taste due to a good amount of marbling. The texture was moderately chewy. (I know the texture and taste preferences vary from person to person.)
The stress of the 75 minutes time limit would prevent me from enjoying my meal. It sort of defeats the point, especially since cooking dude is taking is time, and there are no customers, so imagine. rice sea urchin soy sauce
😂😂 took the joy right out of the all you can eat .. the meats looks yummy and I thing the prices can’t be beat!! I mean even if it’s not the prime meats!!
It may certainly not be the best cut, but it is a good place for those who want to eat a lot of good A5 Wagyu beef meat at a reasonable price. For those who want to focus on the quality and parts of the Wagyu beef, we recommend our video below, Nikuya Yokocho Shibuya. All-you-can-eat whole A5 Wagyu beef at Yakiniku! All parts including tongue and offal are available. ruclips.net/video/qYrWw7JrBfA/видео.html
Top round is good very reasonably priced with great steak flavor
Thank you for your comment. It is a popular part of the meat. It is a delicious meat at a reasonable price.

It depends on your preference, but it is true that high quality meat may taste best at least rare.
I like Wagyu beef! Really enjoyed this video😋
Hello kailynn, Thanks again for your support.
This restaurant is quite unique as well. Lately I have been obsessed with Wagyu Beef☺️

@@aya_food_adventures hi, what episode is the butcher shop? I can’t find it. I am looking for a place with little or no raw meat please.

Hi. If I can only go to one place, between this and the place for the A5 Wagyu beef BBQ place, which one do you recommend more?
