Hi! Thank you, glad you like it. I've got a new and much better nature journaling introduction video coming out this Thursday and there's a whole section in there on your book. So I hope you will see it 😀 If you ever want to do a collab on here BTW, I am so down for that 😁😄

Alex, I found you and your channel just at the right time! Your advice helps me tremendously - for I just started my very first nature journal. I hope this will help me through a tough time of grieve, since I recently lost a loved one.
I do believe that nature, art and walking can contribute to healing in a unique way and I was touched to learn, that this combination helped you as well as you were fighting for your mental wellbeing.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do. 🙏🏻

I love your videos! I used to love doing nature journaling for many years. Then suddenly unexpectedly I became disabled and can no longer go for walks. I miss it so much. Thanks for sharing your videos, I feel like I'm hiking again through your videos 😊

Hi, I am really glad the video has helped you enjoy a bit of nature journaling again. I wonder if you might be inspired to give it a try journaling close to home or even virtually. It's so rewarding 🙂

Maybe you would like a sit Spot activity. Visit a location you can safely access and you enjoy beeing at. Than visit this place regularly and observe it with all your senses and take note of the changes over time :)
Or maybe make a sound map. Thats also a great activity and can be easily integrated in a nature journal.
Make an X in the Center If your paper and Close your eyes. Then listen to your surroundings and sketch or write down what sounds you hear in relation to your position.
Such activitys for awareness can be done anywhere even inside your house :)
Or another option If you like creative Journaling: how about a common place book with different types of content :)
For me that was a great start into journaling.

Now I know why I slacked off-lifestyle realities. Nevertheless I have one more tip 😉 which is to plaster half a kitchen wall with quality images of Nature-flowers, birds, trees (my fav). Look at the bkgrd shown in this clip. Bring Nature in to where you are 🌿
