When some people get poor, some people get rich. Money and power don't just disappear during a recession; they simply get transfered from one hand to another.
With crazy low i/r expected for the next 5-10 years. Those who have the means have no other options than to channel the extra cash to stocks, bonds and property.
Mortgage at 1.5%, Inflation rate at 2.5%. So the real interest rate is only 1%! Buy now, regret later!

Asians typically buy properties but in the western world most investors go to the equities market. Which will go up more in the medium to long run?
Because lots of PRC, HKers, foreign millionaires looking for the next best financial escape in our unique island???

West is printing money like never before. Why cant Asia print money like west? Asia needs to get together to take down west since they are the reason for Asia/Africa to be poor.
