The architect did such a crazy and amazing job with this old lady. Because must people would just tear it down and built new. I love everything that they did, The color palette the different used of new and old furniture is perfect. And they are lucky to have that much acre of land in Los Feliz.

I have to rewatch this video to see all the cray details like the picture windows in the breakfast room, The fabulous chandelier in the dining room. The staircase the way they manage to put this modern thing inside this old house. Wow and the arts that's a 10/10

Love how they used the artwork to help the strong transition between neutral/wood tones to the bright colored staircase.

Absolutelly beautiful and joyfull. There's that minimalist, Scandinavian thing, etc, but the colors are allowed and very well used.

I love how well the bones have been restored. The kitchen addition is a little too stark for me( and I lean modern in my taste). The style is overall too quirky for me but I can’t deny that it’s definitely a fun space and I would love to go to a party there.

Wow! Ghislaine Vinas hit this one out of the park! So very dynamic + inspiring...... am going to have to watch a few more times to absorb all the details. And what a fantastic art collection.... everything except for the 'Oprah'.

An absolutely stunning home but half of it (or more) feels like a museum not actual living space. A feast for the eyes though.

Once again, as so often with this channel, the color contrast between the video and the still photos is disconcerting. When the designer spoke of the "dusty terracotta" sofa and "eggplant" coffee table, I had no idea what she was talking about -- until I saw the still. Otherwise, great vid and amazing home.

I love the house but can’t stand the kitchen. It looks like the reception room / meal room in an office suite. Awful……. Other parts of the home are simply stunning. I wish the kitchen had a personality……

This isn't even remotely a " Spanish Colonial" house. How could any architect be this ignorant of architectural styles and of history?
It's a late Craftsman house built somewhere between 1911 and 1918.
It's perfectly clear from the exterior details. Too bad the original interior has been removed. Another example of Cultural vandalism.

The overall style is not to my taste, I don’t know why, it just comes across too synthetic but it looks cool and fun.

This interior designer is so creative! I didn't like the slogan with Oprah and the other with shit show. In rest everything is wow. The only downside is that the interior has nothing to do with the exterior.

Who would place a huge advertisement for Oprah inside your home? Horrid.
