The title is true, and regardless of the case, it's normal for a broadcaster to interview high profile people on wider topics, while being in the news for something else- even if purely for the reasons of viewers - I imagine a lot of people would want to watch this. If it was only about the case, it would be 2 mins max, due to reporting on details of an ongoing investigation / case
