This is overkill- yet one of the nicest builds I have seen. Z790 is awesome motherboard, and with a 14900KS, this is an absolute beast.

How to turn it on? Is there a special button to switch it on?
Most likely they will have a remote control button or switch (like on a pc case) somewhere near your build. If not, you can jumpstart the pc with the front cable connector port and a screwdriver

Good luck getting that EK direct die block to not thermal throttle. I've been through 3 of them and none worked. A non delid CPU w/contact frame and either an Optimus Signature V3 or Watercool Heatkiller IV Pro w/Heavy Backplate will keep a 14900KS
